You can do it wherever you are right now.
Okay,
Once you're comfortable,
Get cozy,
Make sure that you're warm enough.
It's not going to be too long,
But it's always good to be comfortable.
Let's take a deep breath in right now.
Connecting to our bodies,
Grounding with this breath and letting it go.
Let's go ahead and take a couple of these deep breaths here.
Sinking deeper into relaxation,
Into your seat or the bed or wherever you are right now.
Allowing yourself just to relax here.
Feeling connected,
Feeling grounded,
Letting yourself have this time.
We're going to go ahead and connect to the earth.
Always a great practice just to take some time,
Especially when you're doing chakra work or spiritual work.
Connecting your roots,
Making sure you're grounded.
So I want you to go ahead and you can watch as some tree roots or a cord is coming from your feet.
And if you're lying down,
Don't worry,
You can still do this.
You can still watch as a cord or some roots go from your feet through the bed or the couch or your chair or the floor.
And just watching these roots go all the way down through your foundations of your home,
Through the stones,
Rocks,
Through the water table,
Down all the way through the crust of earth into the centre of mother earth.
And allow these roots or cords to just plug into the centre of mother earth.
Plugging into that energetic centre,
Anchoring in.
Feeling that sense of connectedness and grounding.
Because you are one with earth.
Knowing that you're held and that your energy is becoming more grounded.
Beautiful.
We're going to start this chakra opening process with our root chakra.
The root chakra is at the base of your spine.
The colour is red.
And it really gives you an opportunity to find that sense of groundedness.
When the root chakra is closed or blocked,
We can feel a sense of not belonging,
A lack of connectedness,
A sense that we are not grounded.
So now let's open up this root chakra.
So focusing on the energetic centre at the base of your spine.
The colour red.
Just watching as this area begins to light up.
Lighten up with that colour red.
And with each breath that you take,
Watching as that area grows wider and brighter.
The shining so brightly with this colour red.
Feeling a vibration in the root chakra beginning to get stronger with each breath.
And just focusing here for a moment of breathing into this area of the root.
And watching as it begins to light up and grow.
Feeling that vibration of this area start to open.
Amazing.
Okay,
Let's move up to the sacral chakra.
The sacral chakra is the colour orange.
It's right in the middle of your womb space.
So the sacral chakra is really connected to that sense of feminine power,
Owning your power,
Creativity,
Going out there and creating the things that you want as well as that creative flow.
So let's focus on this area and begin to open it.
The colour orange right there in the centre of your womb space.
Focusing on this area now.
And with every breath,
You can imagine this area begins to glow.
Glow in that beautiful colour orange.
Feeling the vibration of this opening.
And watch as it grows wider and brighter with each breath.
Now moving up to the solar plexus.
The solar plexus is the colour yellow.
And it's right above your belly button so it's about two fingers width above your belly button.
The solar plexus offers an opportunity for you to transform.
So it's a transformational chakra centre.
But also when it's blocked,
There is an opportunity really to look at why in terms of is it an element of forgiveness of something from the past that you would like to transmute.
This solar plexus area when it's open,
You have the ability to transform.
That's super powerful.
The solar plexus is one of those chakras that people often forget to work with.
So powerful.
So focusing on this area now.
The colour yellow.
With each breath,
Watching as that grows wider and brighter.
Feeling that vibration of this yellow coloured centre grow and glowing so powerfully.
Keep breathing into this centre.
And watching as it glows.
Perfect.
Let's move up now to the heart chakra.
Beautiful heart chakra.
The anahata chakra.
The anahata chakra is our space where we feel love and give love.
One-ness there as well.
That we feel we are one with those around us and the universe.
Beautiful chakra to work with.
This is the colour green.
So focusing on the centre of your heart space.
As this area begins to vibrate with love.
Feeling and sensing that colour green.
And with each breath,
Feeling as it grows wider and brighter.
Feeling this beautiful energetic centre of love.
Glowing a beautiful green colour.
Continue to breathe here.
Watching as this centre begins to vibrate and glow.
Perfect.
Doing great.
Ok,
Let's move up to the throat chakra.
The throat chakra.
So important.
So important that you connect to this chakra and open it.
So you can speak your truth.
Share in a way that feels right for you.
Speak your values.
Own your impact.
Have boundaries.
Communicate clearly.
Super important chakra.
When this is blocked,
We tend to go out into the world and not say our truth.
We pretend to be somebody else.
We cover up.
We people please.
So let's focus on this right now.
This area is a colour of blue.
So we're focusing right in the centre of our throat.
With this colour blue,
Focusing now.
As you breathe in,
Watch as that grows wider and brighter and begins to vibrate.
Allowing this area to open.
Allowing you to go out there and be yourself fully.
Speak your truth.
Continue to breathe as this area grows wider and brighter.
Beautiful.
Ok.
Moving up now to the Ajna.
The third eye chakra.
Right in the centre of your forehead.
Where your brows would meet.
Right there.
Just up a little bit.
So the Ajna chakra.
Purple in colour.
The all seeing.
I see.
So this is amazing if you're wanting to hone your intuition.
You want to gain deeper psychic insights.
You want to see visuals clairvoyantly.
You want to just know.
Right?
So feeling into this area.
In the centre of your forehead.
And watching as it begins to glow this purple colour.
Watching as this grows wider and brighter.
With each breath.
And feeling that beautiful vibration of this.
Amazing.
And moving up to our final chakra.
The crown chakra.
Right on the top of our head.
This chakra is our connection to source.
So when we began this practice we connected to the earth.
And now we're connecting to source energy and the universe.
We become one.
So above and so below.
Connected on each end of the spectrum.
Fully plugged in.
Fully balanced.
So as we focus on the centre of our head.
The top of our head.
The colour here is white or ultraviolet.
And as you focus on this crown chakra.
Breathing into it and watching as this area expands and vibrates.
This is a high vibrational energy from the crown chakra.
Allowing you to open up to universal wisdom.
To be connected to source.
Part of the universe.
Continue to breathe into this space at the top of your head.
Watching as it grows wider and brighter.
And feeling that vibration of you being connected to source energy.
You might feel a lift in going upwards.
Just breathing here.
Amazing.
So taking a deep breath in here.
Feeling what it feels like to have all of these chakras open.
Fully balanced.
Connection to earth.
And connection to source energy.
Fully connected.
Fully plugged in.
Fully balanced.
Feels pretty good right?

This amazing vibration of being fully open.
