Pour all into the vessel of kindness and love and project to dedicate your thoughts and actions daily to the highest consciousness of which you are a part of.
Over time you will see the connection of all things.
This is the highest self-care.
Repeat this two more times and practice letting your imagination find the way.
Inhale and suspend your breath a few seconds.
Exhale and relax.
Continue as you keep your eyes closed,
Your attention focusing on the rise and fall of your breath and pouring into yourself love and kindness,
Loving kindness and let that vibrate on every cell of your being.
Let that lift you on every fibre of who you are and let that create the ripple effects,
Sending that out into your day.
