Take a long deep breath in and a long deep breath out.
Wherever you are just sitting up nice and tall,
Let your shoulders draw back away from the ears and just beginning to invite your eyes to close.
Feel slowly and steadily filling your lower abdominal,
Your stomach area,
Going up into your lungs and then all the way up to your chest.
Hold your breath once you fill your upper chest for 10 seconds.
Hold for 10 seconds and then exhale slowly and gently.
Start inhaling for 10 seconds.
Exhaling for 10 seconds.
Breathing in deeply.
Exhaling completely.
This is a great technique to keep you calm through our fast changing times.
Know that as you fill your body up with life force energy of your breath,
You are awakening your senses,
You are awakening energy flow in your body,
Your systems and as you exhale,
You're letting go,
Letting go of any heaviness,
Stagnation,
Dullness.
So as you consciously take these breaths in and hold for its count of 10,
Hold and then you exhale for a count of 10 and you continue the cycle of flow.
You're regenerating yourself.
You're regenerating your heart,
Mind,
Soul,
Body and spirit.
And then relax.
Relax.
Release.
And reset.
