Welcome to Tuesday Meditation.

Just waiting for people to start joining in.

Just in time for the meditation.

Welcome.

Alright,

How's everyone doing on this Tuesday?

We'll be starting just shortly so make sure you have something that you can sit on comfortably and somewhere that you are in a private space where no one can disturb and you can just find your still point today on this Tuesday.

Welcome,

Welcome,

So good to see you.

Thank you,

Yes,

Yes.

Awesome.

Alright,

It's a beautiful day in London town.

Wonderful.

So wherever you are just begin to rub the palms together,

Generate some energy in the hands and then bring the palms to a still point together and just rest the thumbs against the centre of your chest.

Go ahead and interlock the fingers,

Begin to lift your forearms,

Lift your chest,

Your throat and stretch your arms up towards the ceiling.

Take a deep breath in and as you turn your body to the right,

Take an exhale.

Inhale to the centre,

Hold your breath,

Turn your body towards the left and exhale,

Let the breath go.

Inhale back to the centre and exhale,

Bring the hands down towards the top of your thighs,

Your knees and just take a moment just to connect with your breath.

Root down through your sitting bones so you can feel that leverage length through your spine.

As you're here just notice your mind,

Notice the qualities of the mind,

If the mind is quite heavy,

If it's full of thoughts,

If you are feeling quite tired or alert,

Whatever the sensation may be,

Just watch and observe it and notice how that's affecting you mentally,

Emotionally,

Physically and energetically,

How it makes an effect on your energy right now.

And begin to observe the quality of your breathing,

Is the breath shallow,

Is the breath deep,

Are you in between?

And without judging just observe,

Together let's all take a breath back in and a breath out.

So today's theme of the meditation is opening up the throat chakra,

Opening up our voice,

Connecting to the words that we speak and where do the words come from?

Are they words of elevation or are they words of dissatisfaction,

Of fear,

Of worry,

Of anxiety and can we begin to transform the way we use our words so we open the space in our throat?

So as you contemplate the words you use,

Not just the words that you speak to the people in your life but also the words you speak to yourself,

Ultimately that's the relationship we keep is the words with ourselves and that's what begins to narrate our stories.

So take a moment just to ask yourself have the words I've used today,

Have they been kind,

Have they been loving,

Have they been supportive and have they been necessary to where you are,

To how you move in your life?

The colour associated with the throat chakra is blue and you can envision and imagine a sky blue.

So as you begin to invite your eyes to close just blink the eyes a few times and then let the eyelids become heavy and let the eyeballs relax and let yourself just drop into the space within and as you keep your eyes closed just notice what colours you see right now.

You may not see any colours at all,

It may just be blank but as you begin to now bring your awareness into the breath that you breathe and breathe from your throat.

So you're going to inhale and you're going to exhale out the mouth.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale out the mouth and really empty all the air as you exhale out the mouth.

Breathe in through your nose.

Exhale out the mouth.

Keep going and as you keep going notice the quality of the breath you take in and the quality of the breath that you take out and as you keep your eyes closed and you stay in the flow of this cleansing breath,

This airy cleansing breath you can begin to envision and begin to see and visualise the sky blue colour at the centre of your throat space and as you envision the sky blue colour at the centre of your throat.

And as you allow your jaw to unwind,

Allow any unspoken words to release through your exhalation,

Let it pass through as elimination.

You can begin to envision an ocean wave like the blue wave of the ocean,

The sound of the ocean through your exhalation.

And all that the ocean is doing is being a mirror and a reflection of the infinite sky,

The infinite sky from above where there is no separation and no line between the sky and the ocean.

So you can envision all the thoughts,

All the words that begin to feel uncomfortable or not so pleasant,

The words that we use to pass,

To eliminate,

Let it release any holding,

Any heaviness in the lungs,

In the base of the lungs.

The throat chakra is connected with the element of air and it's through the sound that these words can come alight,

That they can pass through,

Through the sound of your voice.

Deep sigh of the exhale,

Inhale.

Really feel it clearing the pathway,

The passageway of your throat so that words can come out of your mouth with ease,

Words can come out from a space of truth and from a space of love.

You're now going to change the breath.

You're going to inhale through the nose and blow the breath out your mouth.

Inhale through the nose.

Exhale out the mouth.

And as you continue doing this,

Imagine that you are blowing a feather,

Like a real soft feather through your exhale,

Like the little tiny feathers on the feather.

You're gently blowing it.

Take final two more.

Really gently blowing through your exhale,

That cooling,

Calming exhalation.

And then from here,

Just let the breath leave and just pause at the end of your exhale.

And notice how you may not even be breathing at all,

That you've come to such a still point in yourself.

You've completely calmed your mind,

Your breath,

Your space and your state.

Take a deep breath through both nostrils this time.

And as you exhale,

Turn towards the left.

Inhale,

Come back to the centre.

Exhale,

Turn towards the right.

Inhale centre.

Open the throat as you reach your head back.

Exhale,

Bring your chin to the chest.

Release your right ear to your right shoulder.

Releasing your head all the way back,

All the way towards your left shoulder.

And then bring your chin down to your chest.

So moving into these smooth,

Steady neck rolls.

Inhaling,

Rising up.

Exhaling slowly,

Lowering your chin down,

Feeling the stretch of the back of your neck.

And then from here you're going to change directions,

Go the opposite way.

From here just begin to spiral that motion to come back into a still point.

Bring your hands into prayer at the centre of your chest.

You're going to place your thumbs against your throat.

Open your hands out into a lotus.

And as you open this out,

I want you to invite words of encouragement,

Words of elevation,

Words of support into your cup of lotus right now.

Your first word could be truth.

To be truthful as we speak.

Your second word could be peace.

To be peaceful as we speak.

The words that we give out in the world.

Your sixth word could be support,

That all your words are supportive to yourself and to others.

Your seventh word could be good energy.

Keeping your words in that good energy frequency.

Your eighth word could be power.

Power you give in the world with your words.

Your words are your power.

The ninth word you could draw in is light.

May your words always be light.

Light so that we are able to carry them forwards.

And your tenth word could be positive.

So all the words we use are positive.

Let that infuse into your communication.

Let that infuse into your expression.

And let that begin to paint a new elevated way of how we use words to speak,

How we use words to tell and how we use words to really tell a story.

We are powerful creators and the words that we speak hold that power.

And the breath out.

Slowly draw each finger together to complete and close in.

Resting your thumbs down to the centre of your chest.

We'll close with this calming breath.

Inhale for two,

Three,

Four,

Five and pause.

Exhale for two,

Three,

Four,

Five and pause.

Inhale for two,

Three,

Four,

Five and pause.

Exhale for two,

Three,

Four,

Five and pause.

Inhale for two,

Three,

Four,

Five and pause.

Exhale for two,

Three,

Four,

Five and pause.

Inhale for two,

Three,

Four,

Five and pause.

Exhale for 2,

3,

4,

5 and relax.

May your words carry mindfulness,

Support,

Elevation.

May your words carry wisdom,

Insight,

Intelligence,

Intuition.

May your words carry grace.

One last breath together and exhale.

So,

Thank you all for joining.

And I hope that you get something from this and that you can watch your words,

Watch how you speak to yourself,

Watch how you speak to others and notice if the words you say are valid,

Are they necessary,

And notice where they come from.

They're coming from when we get into states of anger,

Disappointment,

Sadness,

Grief,

Those words can carry a lot of weight.

Not to say that we can't have those,

But to really notice them and how we can transform them.

Transform them with our intention,

Our awareness,

Our mindfulness and using practice such as breathing,

Such as watching,

Such as being present.

That's a way to really help stay connected to being true to you,

Being true to the words that you use and how you can carry them on.

We have the new moon in Gemini coming up on Friday and Gemini is all about communication.

It's an air sign.

It's represented by the twins.

So,

You know,

You could be going one direction with one twin or another direction with the other twin.

So,

Remember,

It's your choice.

You choose.

It's your conscious commitment to how you speak and how you show up for yourselves.

So,

Just watch yourself during these next couple of days when things get to be quite interesting.

Stay safe,

Stay well and I look forward to seeing you really soon.

If you're joining me,

You can join me tomorrow.

I'm hosting Wednesday Wisdom at 1 p.

M.

And then I have a couple of yoga classes and dance classes up.

You can check in my grid for my timeline grid for my schedule.

And I really hope to see you then.

There were silent times when the recording seemed to cut out which was distracting. With that being said, this is a beautiful meditation and I feel so at peace. Thank you for guiding me to this sensation of peace and rest.
