Breathing in,

Calmness,

Breathing out,

Calmness.

Breathing in the fullness of the moon,

Breathing out the expansion of the moon.

Inhale travelling up to the fullness of the moon and as you exhale you relax as you begin to envision the brightness,

The fullness of the moon in all its glory,

In all its phases.

You begin to follow these phases of the moon and notice all the reflections,

All the wisdom and all the insight the moon provides for you.

The moon is your inner being,

The moon is the subconscious,

The moon reveals our deepest feelings.

As we breathe in and we breathe out and we connect with this moon,

Feel the reflective water flow swirling,

Moving within you and allow the cleansing moon energy to restore your inner self,

To restore your inner emotions and to pour in to the wisdom body,

To pour in light into your emotional body and to give you clarity.

As you inhale the pearly waves of the moon,

Let it enliven and enrich your entire being and as you exhale allow the exhalation to invite the inspiration from the moon to you.

Let waves of clarity flow within,

Remembering that the moon vibrates through the waves of the ocean and those waves and vibrations of the moon bleed to you,

To the water within you and as you connect with these waves of the moon,

As you inhale hold the energy of the moon and as you exhale ask of the moon,

What is the wisdom I need to know right now?

And pause and wait,

Be patient.

Whatever you get,

Hold it in your mind's eye and ask this moon to expand clarity on its wisdom and as you focus your gaze at the centre of your brow point,

Connecting to your intuition,

Connecting to the wisdom and intuition of the moon,

Let it sparkle more intelligence.

Inhaling,

Exhaling,

Whatever you receive from the moon's wisdom,

Receive it with appreciation and gratitude.

And now on your exhalation,

Just let go,

Let go,

Let go,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Exhale.
