So wherever you are,

Just take a long deep breath in.

Fill your lungs from the belly to your lungs and to your heart space.

Hold the breath,

Exhale let it go from the heart,

The lungs and the belly.

Just let it go.

Inhale through the belly to the lungs,

The chest and the heart.

Exhale let it go.

Inhale from the belly,

Lungs,

Chest and heart.

Exhale let it go.

So we're going to do some stress relieving for the mind okay,

So there's a lot of things going on in the air at the moment so it's important just to relieve and release all the stress that's going on.

You may be new to this.

We're going to start by taking a breath in exhale close the eyes,

Let the breath out,

Inhale open the eyes,

Exhale close the eyes,

Inhale open the eyes,

Exhale close the eye,

Inhale open the eye,

Exhale close the exhale close the eyes,

Inhale open the eyes,

Exhale close the eyes Inhale open the eyes,

Exhale close the eyes,

Inhale open your eyes,

Exhale close your eyes Two more inhale open your eyes,

Exhale close your eyes one more time inhale open your eyes,

Exhale close your eyes Take a breath Notice your mental energy as you exhale.

So allow yourself to be quiet,

Allow the mind to be quiet and then slowly open your eyes.

Okay,

So we've cleared the stress,

Hopefully you're feeling a little bit more relieved.

You're now going to take your arms all the way up as you interlace the fingers.

Take a breath in,

Turn your body to the right and then turn your head,

Hold,

Exhale,

Let it go.

Inhale come back to the centre,

Turn the body to the other side,

Turn the head and exhale,

Inhale centre,

Turn your body to the right,

Exhale,

Inhale to the centre,

Hold,

Exhale,

Exhale,

Turn your body to the left.

Come back to the centre,

Bring your arms down towards your knees,

Turn your body to the right,

Turn your chin to the right.

I choose to let go of fear.

Turn your body to the left and turn your chin to the left,

I release fear.

Turn your chin and your head to the right,

I choose to let go of stress.

Turn your head and your chin to the left,

I release stress.

Turn your chin to the right,

I choose to eliminate anger.

Turn your chin to the left,

I release anger.

Turn your chin to the right,

I choose to release worry.

Turn your chin to the left,

I release worry.

Inhale centre,

Chin towards the right,

I choose to eliminate stagnation.

Chin towards the left,

I release stagnation.

Inhale centre,

Chin to the right,

Chin to the right,

I choose to eliminate the things that no longer serve me.

Chin towards the left,

I release all things that do not serve me.

Come back to the centre and inhale,

Exhale,

Breathe in,

Keep the eyes closed,

Exhale,

One more time breathing in,

Breathing out.

And just do a check in with yourself.

How's your energy?

How is your body?

How is your energy field?

Check in with the chest and the lungs.

From here now,

We release the stress from the mind.

What that exercise does is we move the chin to the left and the right,

It breaks up and clears the energy of the meridians.

Breathe in,

Breathe out,

One more time,

Breathe in and breathe out.

From here,

You're now going to balance the brain.

Right index finger to the nose,

Breathe in through the left,

Close with the middle finger,

Exhale through the right nostril,

Inhale through the right nostril,

Close with the index finger,

Release your middle finger,

Exhale,

Inhale through the left,

Close with the middle finger,

Exhale open the index finger,

Exhale to the right,

Inhale through the right nostril,

Close with the index finger,

Open out with the middle finger,

Release the exhalation through your left nostril,

Inhale through the left nostril,

Close,

Exhale through the other side,

Inhale through the right nostril,

Close with your index,

Open out with the middle finger,

Exhale through the left nostril,

Inhale through the left nostril,

Close with your middle finger,

Exhale out through the right nostril,

Inhale through the right nostril,

Close with your right index finger,

Open out with your right middle finger,

Exhale the breath out through the left.

One more time,

Inhale through the left nostril,

Close and open out with the right.

Release your hands,

Take a breath,

Exhale,

Okay,

And just feel into the brain,

Into the mind,

Into your heart,

Notice how clear you may be feeling,

Experiencing,

Okay,

Stay here,

Notice where your mind is going.

Can you be here right now,

Breathe here right now,

Listen to the quality of your breath on the inhale and your exhale.

Any thoughts that may be coming,

Just let them pass,

You're expanding the mind by expanding your breath.

On your next inhale,

Open up through your throat,

So releasing and tilting your head back,

Exhale chin down,

Inhale reach up again,

Open the throat chakra,

The throat center,

The throat chakra and the throat center is connected to Taurus,

Taurus is connected also with the earth element.

And we're going to begin to go around with the head,

So right ear to right shoulder and then go around with your head,

Exhale left ear to left shoulder,

Chin to chest,

Then go the other way,

Go around the solar system,

Okay,

Come back to the center.

One more time,

Inhale lift up through the throat,

The chest,

The lungs,

Exhale bring the chin down,

Turn to the left and open through the side of your neck and your throat,

Exhale and come all the way back.

Take a breath and breathe in,

Notice if you're holding any tension in your throat center,

Notice if there's any release now,

If there's any relief.

Then rub the palms together,

Rub your palms together,

Create some energy,

Some energy in the palms and bring your thumbs to the center of your chest.

We need to begin to visualise roots coming from the base of your spine,

Connecting to the earth,

The element of earth which keeps us steady,

Grounded,

Secure,

Safe.

I want you to begin to envision the colour red,

An earthy red colour at the base of your spine,

I want you to begin to breathe from the base of the spine,

Breathe out,

Breathe in stability,

Hold and exhale stability into the earth,

Inhale safety,

Exhale safety into the earth,

Inhale security,

Hold,

Exhale security into the earth,

Inhale strength from the earth,

Hold,

Exhale strength into the earth,

Inhale peace from the earth,

Exhale peace into the earth,

Inhale love from the earth,

Exhale love into the earth,

Inhale abundance from the earth into your heart space,

Hold,

Exhale abundance into the earth,

Inhale joy from the earth into your heart space and hold,

Exhale joy into the earth.

Take a breath here,

Fill yourself up with this earth energy which balances all the elements,

Earth element,

Water element,

Fire element,

Air element,

Ether element and feel each element being rebalanced,

Re-energised,

Re-centred,

Open your hands into a lotus resting your thumbs against the sternum and as you close your eyes and you tune in to yourself ask what is it you wish to receive?

Breathe in,

Breathe out.

Focus your third eye into your heart space,

What are you in vision to receive?

Keep breathing,

Keep breathing that vision,

Expand that vision into your heart space so you can feel it.

Breathe in together and as you exhale now slowly open the eyes very gently as you blink the eyes open and just begin to draw each petal of your fingers together holding it at the heart space bowing deep bow,

Deep bow to the prayer,

Deep bow to the heart space.

Heart spells earth and earth spells heart.

When you connect the two you connect yourself with the elements because you are the elements and you are the earth.

If we are feeling it in our heart we are feeling it on the earth.

Just staying here and just really connecting with your intuition drawing yourself into that space to open this third eye to see beyond anything holding you back.

It's really important that we stay connected to our intuition.

Our intuition is there to really help us to make the right decisions to go with our gut to go and tap into our inner wisdom and tap into our heart space.

The three pearls of wisdom.

If you're making a decision and it feels good then go with that energy because that's your tapping into your instinct.

If you're going with a decision that doesn't feel good then you will know the consequences if you go down that path.

Even though sometimes it takes a while to go down that path which feels good and you connect with your gut instinct that feels good and it may take a while,

That longer journey will lead you to a better place.

If we go with our ego it will take us to a place which is satisfying for a moment but then there'll be a distortion because that's what tends to happen.

Honor your gut.

Honor your gut.

Honor yourself.

Honor your instinct.

Honor your intuition.

It's an inner tuition that we have to continue to build our muscle on so that it guides us to a place that we can continue to move in peace and harmony and in that space of magic and openness.

So as you take these gems tonight in your meditation practice,

Apply it.

This is what makes it real.

If we apply what we learn,

Otherwise they're just concepts and otherwise they are just philosophies.

They are not applied practices.

So apply it to your daily life.

Listen to yourself.

Listen to your heart.

Listen to your intuition.

Listen to your instincts.

It's all there.

It's all there within and we've got to just keep training ourselves like we go to the gym.

Train those inner muscles and let them guide you.

Together let's take a breath.

Hands to prayer pose and let's close tonight by giving thanks to the earth.

Giving thanks to all the food,

Vegetation,

The water,

All that is produced by the earth that we take in.

Let's give thanks for how the world functions,

The mother earth and let's give thanks for walking on the earth,

Being held by the earth,

Being grounded by the earth and sending you loads of peace,

Loads of love,

Loads of guidance,

Inspiration and light on your way.
