My thoughts are aligned to love. Love. Today is going to be so much to unfold. It will be an adventure. You will go to enjoy whoever you encounter with. Every cell in your body is charged with divine ecstasy. You can move through every moment, Every breath, With a constant guiding force and guiding light of your alignment with love. Breathe deeply. Love. Hold it in your chest. Feel the fullness of the L-O-V-E energy in your chest, In your heart. Suspend your breath and exhale. Exhale love into your existence. Inhale love through your mouth. Hold at the top. Let love vibrate into the knee. And exhale, Let it out the mouth. One more time. Inhaling love through your mouth. Hold your breath. Let your chest expand open. And as you exhale slowly, Let yourself exhale into the moment in pure love. As you are pure love.
