To do a check-in,

So mentally check-in where you're at and rate yourself out of 10,

10 being the highest.

Then check-in with yourself emotionally,

Check-in with your heart,

Check-in and rate yourself out of 10,

10 being the highest.

Then physically check-in with where you're at and then energetically how is your energy levels?

Great,

Take a deep breath in,

A deep breath out and just lift the shoulders towards your ears and exhale draw the shoulders down.

Inhale the shoulders towards your ears,

Exhale draw the shoulders back.

Again reach the shoulders up towards your ears,

Exhale draw the shoulders back.

One more time,

Inhale lift the shoulders towards your ears,

Exhale draw your shoulders back.

Look towards your left,

Stretch the right side of your neck,

Come back to the center and then look towards the right,

Stretch the left side of your neck,

Come back to the center.

Again look to the left,

Then look to the right.

As you look to the right you're going to repeat these words mentally or emotionally or you can speak the words out loud.

So you're going to say the words I release stress towards the left,

I am releasing stress now.

Inhale center,

Turn your head to the right,

I release tension,

Look towards the left,

I release tension now.

Inhale center,

I release grief,

Inhale center,

Exhale I'm releasing grief right now.

Breathe into the center,

Exhale to the right,

I release anger to the left,

I release anger right now.

Inhale to the center,

Exhale to the right,

I release mental chatter to the left,

I release mental chatter right now.

Inhale to the center,

Exhale to the right,

I release guilt to the left,

I release guilt right now.

Breathe into the center and hold your breath and exhale.

Just take a moment of pause.

So when we're moving our head from left to right what we're doing is we are breaking up the energy,

The energy meridians by doing that and then when you're adding words you're also helping to release mental emotional dysfunction but also things that are stagnant,

Things that may be holding your energy low.

Okay I'll ask you to bring your right hand forwards and bring your index finger and thumb to touch making an okay sign.

The okay sign this is a hand posture for wisdom,

Peace and knowledge.

You're going to bring the back of the hand to your knees,

Take the left hand and you're going to bring the left thumb to the left nostril.

We're going to breathe alternatively inhale to the left exhale to the right.

Let's do some brain balance,

Let's release any negative negative things that may be going on inside of us.

So we want to keep our mind clear and our mind open.

So close your eyes take a breath in through the right nostril,

Close with your middle finger exhale out through the left,

Inhale through the left,

Close exhale out through the right.

Let all that breath out inhale through the right,

Close exhale out through the left.

Keep your eyes focusing at the center of your brain your mind's eye inhale through the left,

Close exhale out through the right.

Inhale through the right,

Close exhale out through the left.

Breathing in through the left,

Close with your thumb exhale out through the right.

Inhaling through your right side,

Close exhale out through the left.

One last time inhaling the life force energy through the left nostril,

Close exhale out through the right nostril.

Let go of your hands and bring your other hand into an okay sign.

Rest both of the hands of the knees,

Breathe through both nostrils and exhale.

Okay notice your energy,

Notice how you feel,

Notice your experience.

Just notice now how you have balanced your brain.

You brought clarity,

You brought awareness and you brought insight into yourself.

It's really important we get connected to being intimate with ourselves.

Intimacy,

Into me see.

From here you're going to bring your hands into a Lotus position so your index your thumb together your baby finger together and stretch your other three fingers in each hand.

Bring your thumbs to rest against your chest.

As you press down through your sit bones lift up through your chest or your heart opens,

Draw your shoulders back.

You're going to inhale through your mouth the word love.

Hold the breath in and vibrate love in the center of your chest.

Exhale love out the mouth.

Inhale love into your heart space.

Hold your breath feel that love energy at the center of your chest your heart.

Exhale let it out.

Give that love energy into your space your environment into your home into your neighborhood into you know wherever you are let that begin to vibrate out.

Inhale love.

Exhale.

Inhale love.

Exhale love.

Do this three more times.

Inhale love.

Exhale love.

Inhale love.

Exhale love.

Inhale love.

Hold.

Exhale love.

Place your left hand to the center of the chest the right hand on top and just bow your head down to the wisdom and the wealth of your heart center.

Just take a few moments of pause notice notice any change notice any opening and just stay present to the sensations in your heart the sensations in your body.

Notice how quiet the mind is and the mind surrenders.

You can feel the awakening of your heart center.

Take a breath let it fill your chest your lungs your heart space exhale let it go.

Breathing in breathing out.

Open your hands again bringing your thumbs together your baby fingers together and stretching your three fingers out resting the thumbs against your sternum.

Remember words are powerful whatever you're telling yourself you're creating ripple effects that begin to send signals to all around your body.

Let's get ready for our next word breathe in breathe out inhale peace hold exhale peace peace into your space your environment inhale peace into your chest into your lungs hold exhale peace peace out your lungs into your space inhale peace exhale peace inhale peace fully into your lungs into your chest into your heart hold hold that peace within exhale breathing in peace exhale peace breathing in peace breathing out peace breathing in peace hold hold your peace up in your hands exhale left hand to the center of the chest and the right hand on top bow your head feel all the peace vibrating charging you up from the inside out let us give thanks let us give gratitude for all that we have for all the peace and the love that we can create on the inside out let us give thanks for our health let us give thanks for our senses let us give thanks for our body the functions of our body let us give thanks for all that we can do all that we serve let us give thanks for the earth the planet for all that it provides and know that we are supported secure safe in nature's arms let us give thanks for the glory and the brilliance the intelligence of our breath let us give thanks for our awareness of how we can shift and lift ourselves through anything with our intention our mind let us give thanks for the tool of our mind that we can use our mind as a tool rather than it using us let us give thanks for our inner awareness the inner pulses that tell us and guide us to where we need to be going let us give thanks for that take a breath in take a breath out the more we give thanks the more our heart can open the more our heart can open the more we can be more understanding and compassionate compassionate understanding to ourselves and compassionate understanding to others let us be reminded of that each time we take a breath in is a breath from the divine is the breath from the universe charging and filling and lifting us up through its embrace bring your hands to prayer everybody rest your thumbs against your sternum bowing your head and sending out your prayer of light and love and peace and balance into your worlds into the universe let us give without expectation let us give with generosity thank you very much everyone
