Allowing it to pull you down and then letting the ground support you.
You can softly close the eyes and take a few deep breaths.
You never needed to do or be anything in order to be good enough,
And the same goes for everyone else.
Along with the inhale,
Feel this acceptance,
Compassion,
And maybe love,
Like the feeling of a big,
Genuine hug.
And you can even move your arms to embrace yourself or place your hand on your heart or your chest.
Continue breathing deeply and imagine a light of connection that runs through you and through everyone and everything.
This light has no judgment.
Feel into this light of connection and let it expand out through you.
And you can imagine it reaching those you care about.
And ultimately reaching every living thing.
Just breathe into and through this feeling of connection for a bit.
Let it fill your entire being.
