Sue is a yoga teacher who discovered yoga in 2015 during physical therapy for back pain. What began as a path to physical healing quickly revealed itself as a practice for the mind and heart as much as the body. Her favorite part of being a yoga teacher is helping students find their own yoga journey and guiding them toward those “aha” moments when they begin to love yoga for inner peace as much as for strength and flexibility. Sue leads meditation classes and yoga for all abilities, including chair yoga, with the philosophy that yoga is accessible to everyone. Fun Fact Sue loves salsa and can be found out dancing almost every week. Training: 200-Hour YTT Certifications: Thai Yoga Massage Reiki Level 1 Reiki Level 2
