In this meditation we are going to consciously refill our energy.

Start by closing your eyes and taking some deep breaths.

Observing without judgment.

Releasing any attachments.

Releasing any ideas of me or mine.

And feeling yourself merge with all that is.

As you feel the calm energy of oneness.

The calm energy of neutrality.

The calm energy of neutrality washing over you.

Feeling every single cell of your body at peace.

As you breathe with awareness.

Feel your body.

Your mind.

And your soul being nourished.

Allowing yourself to fully feel it.

To fully take it in.

Taking some deep breaths.

Noticing how you feel.

With loving curiosity.

Opposing the practice setting an intention to take this pure energy with you.

Into the next interaction.

The next task.

Into the next few moments of your day.
