Good morning.

Take a moment to breathe in.

You are up,

You're alive.

It's a new day.

Your shoes are on.

And you're going for a morning walk to invigorate your mind,

Body,

And spirit.

Take a moment to congratulate yourself.

You've made a healthy choice.

Let's walk together.

As you begin,

Start with a few deep breaths,

Perhaps a stretch.

Move the spine slowly,

Waking up the body.

And wherever you are,

With each step,

Set the intention to have a beautiful new day filled with peace and clarity.

Take a deep breath in of fresh air.

Lift your chin to the sky and state out loud,

I am grateful to be here today.

And as you look around,

Walk with purpose.

Your shoulders are slightly back,

Your spine is straight,

Strong,

And your mind is clear with nothing but the highest and best intention for you and yours today.

And as you are walking,

Look around and find the beauty surrounding you.

I encourage you to choose three things that feel beautiful to you personally,

The colors,

The shapes,

Perhaps its nature.

Your goal is to just see the beauty in it.

Grateful for the eyes to see and the feet to walk here as we step on in gratitude.

And as you walk,

Go ahead and get out your plans for the day.

Let them align in your mind so you feel more comfortable with what lies ahead.

Let them play out and then allow them to unfold divinely.

Ask your guides,

Angels,

Ancestors,

And God above for divine guidance in the day ahead.

May my plans go smoothly and the day ahead be the best yet.

Good.

Keep breathing,

Keep moving.

We're going to go back to our intention.

What would you like to get out of this day?

Take a few moments here and state them out loud if you can.

Beautiful.

We are in the middle of our walk now.

We are warmed up.

We're feeling well.

I encourage you to swing your arms,

Move the torso a little bit.

Perhaps you can step it up.

Perhaps you need to take a break.

Wherever you are,

Give yourself grace.

It's time for your walking affirmations.

This will help you pick up your pace and help you to feel lighter with each step.

All right.

Take a deep breath in all the way to the top,

Allowing your full body to feel the breath as you walk and release it slowly and steadily.

Getting a little bit centered as you walk now.

Feel free to say these affirmations out loud or in your mind's eye.

Here we go.

I am grateful for this day.

I am grateful for this body.

I am grateful for this family.

I am grateful for this home.

I am grateful for this abundance.

And I am grateful to be me.

You're doing great.

Give yourself some gratitude here as you take your steps proudly.

I encourage you to enter a visualization into your walk.

Let's try it together.

Visualize light on your path in front of you.

Each step lights up with your foot and your pace,

Sometimes slow,

Sometimes fast.

And around you,

That light goes up into your legs,

Into your body,

Into your chest.

Take a deep breath here,

And we're going to do a little walking manifestation.

Breathe into the lungs,

Into the belly.

Turn your head up to the sky and release the breath with purpose.

Safely keep walking and repeat after me.

I deserve all the things that will bring me to my highest and best good.

I welcome health,

Wealth,

Love,

And joy into this day.

All of my prayers are answered.

I am my best me today,

Just as I am.

Good.

Take a few grounding breaths here,

And I encourage you to slow your pace.

Let your body sink into a nice meander.

Allow yourself to integrate these words into your walk,

Into your body,

Into your mind.

And as you slow down,

Turn inward with gratitude and take a few deep breaths into the energy centers of your body.

Checking in with your energy now.
