Welcome to the lake meditation.
My name is Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you today.
This visualization and intentional breath is for you to release what no longer serves
you with the power of water.
Welcome to the lake.
So just breathe calmly and slowly,
Close your eyes,
And in your mind's eye,
Arrive.
Before you,
You see rolling hills of green grass.
Stalks of corn lay out before you as you step off a winding gravel road.
The sun kisses your shoulders.
The wind is at your back as you feel the earth beneath your feet,
Strong.
The trees are thick with life.
The birds are happy.
Nature sings as you walk.
The sun shines on hills that have seen many smiles.
The cattails wave in the breeze,
Tickling the fish below.
As you walk and soak it all in,
You breathe fresh,
Warm air and can't help but feel grateful.
You stop and look up at the sky and say,
I vow to release what no longer serves me
here today.
And so,
There is nothing left to do but step into it.
You walk further down the hill and the breath slows down,
And you can feel the energy of
the water near.
Slow ripples across diamonds span out before you,
Laps of water going in and out,
In and
out.
It is ease in a word.
And as you gingerly step into the water,
The energy of life flows into you.
It invites you to swim,
To just dive in.
Don't think,
Don't resist.
And with a deep breath,
You do.
You simply dive right in.
And as the water surrounds you,
Nothing else matters.
You are instantly protected,
Cocooned in liquid source energy.
And you swim.
The water feels like freedom on your skin,
And you swim,
Swim and swim.
And as you listen,
The water says,
Release,
I love you,
You can make room now.
And as you flow in the water,
You release it all behind you,
Watching it fade into the
lake's depth,
Descending into nothingness.
And taking a deep breath,
You swim,
Set free.
You can turn your face to the sun now.
It's all behind you.
You are free.
