So,

What do you love about yourself the most,

And why?

Self-love is finding peace within ourselves.

It means finding the depths of our being,

And then just accepting it.

Self-love could simply mean a way of being non-judgmentally kind,

Present,

And mindful toward yourself.

Maybe just even being gentle with ourselves.

So today,

We will honor each feeling,

Emotion,

And thought with love.

Welcome to Breathe With Me,

Cailin Brie.

Let's get comfortable,

Find a place,

And create a space for ourself.

Close your eyes,

Take a few deep breaths,

And connect.

Maybe just place a hand on your heart and listen to your own heartbeat.

Today we honor the heart center,

And we send love to ourself.

Let's breathe into the connection to ourself now.

Deep breath in,

And all the way out.

And another deep breath in to the heart,

All the way out.

And on this last breath,

Set the intention of treating ourself with kindness,

And grace,

And love.

Breathe.

I love who I am.

I love every part of me.

I love my imperfections.

I love all of my gifts.

I love my laughter,

And my tears.

I love my whole body,

Every inch.

I love everything that makes me,

Me.

I'm so grateful for my magnificent mind,

And I love how powerful my brain is.

And I just love how I can adapt.

I'm so flexible.

I'm good with change.

I'm good with stability.

So grateful to be me.

Breathe into this gratitude for yourself,

And the beauty of that relationship.

I love the way I carry myself through this life.

I embrace my decisions.

I feel clear,

Strong,

And I'm so grateful for how far I've come.

I love where I am.

I love who I'm with.

I feel supported,

Cared for,

And whole,

Complete.

Breathe into this support.

Really feel it in your body.

I'm loved.

Always loved.

Because I love myself.

And that's a beautiful thing.

Take a lasting,

Grounding,

Deep breath in this self-love now.

And really feel it in your whole body.

Because it is so big.

Your self-love is so important,

And shines so bright.

It's going to shine out into the world.
