This meditation is for when you are in pain,
With pain,
But you are not the pain.
And so we detach.
My name is Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you today.
So let's take a deep breath in and sit or lie where you feel held,
Supported and breathe out,
Slowing the breath down.
Today we detach the pain from the body and the mind with a simple intention for it is not your pain.
It is the pain,
Temporary.
So take a deep breath in,
Rub your hands together,
Harnessing your chi,
Your energy and place your hands on your body with the intent to detach and watch your pain float away above you.
Wherever it is and whatever you're going through,
It is not yours to hold.
And so with love and compassion and care,
We say,
Thank you.
Thank you pain for the lessons.
Thank you for the clarity.
I understand and you can go now.
Breathing through this acceptance and allowance.
And on the next breath in,
We invite white light into the body,
Into the mind and into our energy fields to replace all darkness.
We fill the body and the mind with love,
Gratitude and faith.
And so we say goodbye to the pain now,
Aware that we are allowed to feel well again.
We accept the challenge to mentally break free from the pain.

With one last sealing breath,
We are filled with love now,
Only love.
Carrying light and love throughout your day,
Come back to this meditation if it arises again and remember you are not your pain.
It is simply the pain that is passing through.
