Welcome to your energy flush meditation.
My name is Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you today.
Get comfortable,
Straight back.
We're gonna start with a few deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Breathing into your belly.
Negative energy can get stuck on us,
The gunk of life.
Today we are going to flush our system and release negative energy from our body to make room for new.
We're gonna breathe into the energy centers and remove energy that does not serve us.
Set an intention to clear,
Release,
And flush any energy that does not serve you.
And breathe.
Let's start with warming up the energy points in our fingers by shaking out our hands,
Feeling the energy leave the fingertips where it can get most trapped.
Imagine dark energy leaving and light taking its place.
Shake out those wrists and arms,
Releasing all the negative energy inside.
Take a deep breath.
Focus on your energy field.
Find where the energy is in your body you'd like to release and physically push it out with your hands.
Imagine that darkness leaving your body.
And only flush.
Let's drop into our body now.
See how we feel.
Flush up the top of the energy points from your root chakra to your crown chakra.
And we're releasing it up and out.
It has to go somewhere.
And we are letting it go today.
Good.
Take it out.
Breathe.
Let's remove all that energy down the length of our arms.
Now we push energy down and out.
Whatever is left inside of you,
Push it down and out,
Remembering to feel the darkness leaving.
Feel the darkness leaving.
Remove that energy from your center,
Your core,
Your heart,
Your throat.
All the energy points that consume,
Absorb,
Connect and breathe.
Darkness cannot live in the light.
Let's breathe as slow as we can.
Coming back to center,
Back to home.
Deep breath.
Long exhale.
Move the negative energy around your throat chakra.
All the things that were said are done.
Remove negative energy from your third eye chakra.
See clearly.
Breathe.
Lastly,
Let's remove the negative energy from the lower parts of your body,
Your legs,
Your knees.
It's gone.
Take a few last deep breaths.
With each breath,
Inviting new white light energy into your body.
Every cell is filled.
Feel it.
Feel your mind,
Your heart,
Your soul.
Refreshed.
Clean slate.
