My name is Kaylin and I'll be breathing with you today.
Get comfortable,
Straight back.
We're going to take a few deep breaths in through the nose,
Out through the mouth,
Breathing into the belly.
Dr.
Joe Dispenza is a neuroscientist,
Educator,
Chiropractor,
Researcher,
Author,
And international lecturer.
He's written foundational health books and created a meditation on energy channeling from the root chakra up to the crown chakra.
Channeling brain facilitating healing waves through the body to speed up the process,
Boost your immune system,
Open pathways of getting unstuck.
So today we're going to focus our attention at our root chakra and we are going to pull the energy with our intention and our breath up the spinal column to the brain stem.
We're going to hold it.
So just breathe and channel with me.
Deep breath in and out.
Drop into the body.
Conscious mind focus at the root of your spine.
Feel your breath go to this area as we begin to channel.
Deep breath in,
Slowly moving the energy up each vertebrae.
Slow and steady breathing up,
Up,
Up.
Hold it at your crown,
Feeling the strength build.
Hold and release all the way out.
Flush.
Take a few holding moments to really let it release and breathe in deep.
Take a few grounding breaths,
Setting our intention back at our root chakra,
Pulling,
Dropping into the body,
Readying ourselves for the channel.
Breathe in,
Up,
Up,
Up and hold.
Keep holding.
Release.
Good.
All the way out and hold.
It's okay if you feel tingly or pressure.
Just do what you can.
Take breaths when you need.
We're going to center with three grounding breaths,
Releasing all that doesn't serve you.
One more round,
Readying ourself at our root chakra,
Feeling the strength move up the spine.
Here we go.
Breathe in,
Pulling all the way up through every chakra,
Every energy point,
A clear field right to the tippy top of your head.
Release all the way out this time.
Really let it go.
Hold at the bottom of that breath.
Feel your body.
What's it saying?
Listen.
Hold.
Good.
Breathe in all the way.
Good.
Take a few grounding breaths.
Energy is channeled.
Cells are awakened.
Hands to center for gratitude.
