Simply close your eyes and turn inward.

Invite energy into the body.

Sleep.

Fear.

With the next breath,
Imagine a warm light surrounding you.
This warm light is energizing every cell.
Deep breath in.
Starts at the top of your head,
Flowing down through your neck,
Shoulders,
Arms,
Heart,
Abdomen,
Legs,
Feet and out.

Feeling that golden light amplify with the breath.
And release.

And open your eyes and state,
