Awaken with breath.

Good morning.

Let's begin our day with the breath of life.

Wherever you are,

Simply close your eyes and turn inward.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

Breathe out.

Breathe in.

And breathe out.

And on the next breath,

Invite energy into the body.

And breathe out,

Releasing heaviness.

Sleep.

Breathe in love,

Kindness.

And breathe out worry,

Fear.

Breathe in relief.

Breathe out planning.

And with each breath,

You are present and grateful.

Breathe in and out.

Breathe in and out.

With the next breath,

Imagine a warm light surrounding you.

This warm light is energizing every cell.

Deep breath in.

Starts at the top of your head,

Flowing down through your neck,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Heart,

Abdomen,

Legs,

Feet and out.

Deep breath in.

Feeling that golden light amplify with the breath.

And release.

Deep breath in.

And out.

And open your eyes and state,

I am awakened.

I embrace the day.

I am open to receive.

Open your awareness to your body and wiggle your fingers and toes.

You are ready for your day.

May you be filled with peace,

Positivity and purpose.
