Hi there.

Welcome to your short energy reset.

Just lean back wherever you are.

Relax your jaw.

Loosen your shoulders.

Close your eyes.

Rest your hands on your lap and breathe.

Take a deep breath in through your nose,

All the way to the top.

And then let it all out.

And as you do,

Feel yourself relax.

Deep breath in,

Pulling in everything that's on your mind.

And breathe it all out.

And another deep breath in,

Pulling in what's worrying you.

What's in there.

And just blow it all the way out.

Big sigh.

You are here.

Now.

For this moment.

You are breathing life into your body.

Take a moment for gratitude.

Take a moment for grace.

We're here.

Now.

Just be.

Your list will get completed.

Your tasks will get done.

But not right this second.

You deserve this moment to yourself.

You are showing up for your health.

So let's be grateful.

Take a deep breath in and smile.

Even if it's hard.

You did it.

Let that breath out and go about your day with a little bit of grace,
