Begin by taking a deeper breath in,

Filling your lungs with life.

As you exhale,

Gently close your eyes.

Let the world fade from your view until all you see is the darkness behind your eyelids.

For a moment,

It might feel like you're surrounded by this darkness.

Allow yourself to rest here.

As you breathe,

Move your focus to the sound of your breath.

Feel it move through your body.

This steady,

Reliable rhythm that's always with you,

That always supports you.

Let it be a reminder you are never alone.

The gentle inhale and exhale remind you that life is flowing through you.

In this moment and every moment.

Imagine this breath as more than just air.

Imagine that your breath is like a thread that connects you to everything and everyone around you.

It connects you to the energy of the universe.

It connects you to the energy of the universe.

To the love that is always present,

Even when it feels far away.

When things don't go your way,

And when it seems like every step forward leads to a stumble,

Do not despair.

These challenges and obstacles are shaping you,
