Hi,
And thank you for joining me today in this beautiful 10-minute meditation.
Today I want to talk to you guys about this upcoming year,
And we're going to set an intention for what you want to create in 2021.
To start the meditation,
I'd ask you guys to please sit or lay down in a comfortable position so you can feel at ease and relaxed.
We're going to start this meditation by closing our eyes.
As we close our eyes,
We go within.
Our guide to our inner world is our breath.
I'm going to ask you to please take a nice,
Big,
Deep,
Full breath in through your nose,
Filling your lungs with fresh air,
Holding it when you can't fit anymore in,
And gathering any tension,
Any stagnant energy out of your body into the breath and out with the exhale.
Really good job,
You guys.
We're going to repeat this process again,
Taking a nice,
Deep inhale in through the nose,
Filling the chest with air,
Feeling all the tension going into this breath and releasing it out through our mouth,
Letting out a sigh if we have to or an ahhhh.
Whatever feels right is perfectly fine.
We're going to repeat this again.
We're going to take a nice,
Big,
Deep breath in through the nose,
Filling the lungs with air,
And when we reach our peak,
We hold the breath.
And this time,
Instead of releasing out through the mouth,
We're going to breathe out through our nose as slowly as we can,
Slowly letting the breath exit through our nose.
Beautiful.
Repeat this one more time.
Inhale through your nose,
Filling the lungs and chest with air,
Holding it at the peak,
And slowly exhaling this breath through our nose.
Amazing.
Really good job,
You guys.
Now you can feel yourself slowly hovering above your body.
We have entered the state of consciousness that has to do with our inner world.
We're coming out of the mind and into our heart,
And we are observing our rhythm,
This moment,
Our breath,
Our energy.
And I want to say thank you for joining me today.
And while we're in this space of stillness,
I want you to start thinking about what you want to achieve this year.
2021.
The year that has just begun.
We all have goals in our life,
And sometimes we wish life would be much longer than it actually is,
And we notice,
Wow,
We really don't have that much time.
And with this awareness comes the call to action,
The call to contemplation.
What do you want to create for yourself and your family in this lifetime?
Really think about it.
What are you working on?
What are you creating?
I want you to envision yourself.
Really see yourself.
As you're standing in front of yourself,
You realize this is your future self.
What do you look like?
What are you wearing?
And what are you accomplishing?
Or what have you accomplished?
Goals are so important.
Goals are the red needle on the map of life that give us direction.
I want you to think about a plan,
A goal,
Something that you want to achieve in this lifetime,
Where you can start working on this today.
So think about a major life goal,
And I'm going to give you a minute to really think about what you are living for.
What are you creating?
Where will you be in five years?
And what do you want to achieve?
I'll keep track of the time.
Allow your creative thoughts to take you where you need to go.
Great job.
And now that you have your vision,
It's time to set a course.
It's time to make a plan.
How will you get to where you want to be?
What steps do you need to take in order to get there?
Plot your course.
Write it down.
Remind yourself of your goal and achieve it.
With this intention that you've just set,
With this goal that you want to achieve,
It's time for you to work towards it.
When you're ready and you come out of this meditation,
I ask you to grab a pen and paper and write down your goal.
Write down your vision.
Write down what came to you in this meditation.
And start thinking about the steps you can take to achieve this.
So zoom into your goal and where you want to be and then slowly zoom out and find the path that will lead you there.
And really ask yourself,
How am I going to take the first step?
Everyone has New Year's resolutions and we all find ourselves in February forgetting our intention,
Forgetting to check in with ourself,
Forgetting to remind ourselves of the goals that we so powerfully set coming into the New Year.
I ask you not to forget your dreams and not to forget your goals and what you are living for because we are here to create,
To share,
To love,
To inspire and maybe our goal,
Our vision for our future will inspire another being to follow their dream and live their life to the fullest.
You are energy.
You are everything.
You can achieve anything you put your heart,
Your mind and your soul to.

Your life,
Your creation and your manifestation.
I wish you a life full of love,
Full of joy,
Full of happiness,
Full of time with your loved ones and your friends.
Enjoy every breath you take,

I want you to remind yourself you are free,
You are love and you are safe.
