Welcome to today's meditation on starting your day with a smile.
Find a comfortable position and take a deep breath in.
In through your nose,
Holding it for a moment,
And then releasing it slowly through your mouth.
Repeat this a few more times,
Allowing your body to relax with each exhale.
Deep breath in through your nose,
Hold it for a moment,
Then release it slowly through your mouth.
Now imagine yourself waking up in the morning with a smile on your face.
Picture yourself looking in the mirror and seeing that smile reflected back at you.
As you continue to breathe deeply,
Feel the positive energy and warmth that this smile brings to your body.
As you go about your morning routine,
Whether it's brushing your teeth,
Taking a shower,
Or having breakfast,
Continue to hold that smile on your face.
Notice how it changes your outlook and perspective on the day ahead.
Feel a sense of gratitude and joy for the simple things in your life.
As you prepare to start your day,
Visualize yourself smiling at everyone you encounter,
Whether it's a family member,
Friend,
Or a stranger on the street.
See their face light up in response to your positive energy and kindness.
Know that you have the power to spread joy and positivity everywhere you go.
Take a moment and set an intention for your day.
Perhaps it's to approach every situation with a smile,
To show kindness to others,
Or to find joy in the present moment.
Whatever it may be,

As we come to the end of this meditation,
Take a deep breath in and exhale slowly.
And exhale slowly.
Allow yourself to hold on to that smile and positive energy as you move through your day.
