Welcome to this guided meditation to help you relax and release hangover anxiety,
Also known as hangxiety.
To start,
Find a comfortable and quiet place to sit or lie down.
Close your eyes and take a deep breath in through your nose.
Exhale slowly through your mouth.
As you breathe,
Imagine a warm golden light surrounding you,
A light of love and compassion,
Wrapping you in a soothing embrace,
Almost like a cloak.
Now let's focus on your breath.
Inhale deeply,
Allowing your lungs to fill with fresh revitalizing air.
Exhale,
Releasing any stress or negative thoughts.
Keep breathing deeply and slowly,
Allowing each breath to calm your mind and body.
I want you to let go of any self-criticism or guilt that you may be feeling about your hangover.
Remember,
We all have moments of indulgence,
And that's okay.
Life is meant to be celebrated,
And today you are celebrating by taking care of yourself.
Inhale again,
And as you exhale,
Picture the anxiety and discomfort leaving your body with your breath.
Visualize you detoxifying your mind,
Body,
And soul with each breath you take,
Replenishing every single cell with oxygen.
Now focus on your body.
Notice any areas of tension or discomfort,
And with each breath,
Send warm golden light to those areas.
Imagine the tension melting away like honey,
Leaving you feeling relaxed and at ease.
Your body is so resilient.
Let's take a moment to appreciate it.
You can bounce back from anything.
Your body is a beautiful vessel that deserves love and care.
You are healing,
And with each breath,
You are nurturing yourself.
So keep breathing.
Let go of any worries about the day ahead,
And focus on the present moment.
You are here now,
And that is enough.
Inhale deeply,
And as you exhale,
Picture yourself surrounded by a shield of calm and serenity.
Any negativity or anxiety is kept outside this shield,
And you are safe within it.
As we come to the end of this meditation,
Remember that you are deserving of love,
Kindness,
And self-compassion.
Celebrate your life and your capacity for healing.
Take one last deep breath,
And when you're ready,
Slowly open your eyes.
Thank you so much for taking the time to meditate with me today.
And remember,
Life is meant to be celebrated,
So enjoy each and every step of the way.
Namaste.
