Welcome to another magnificent day to be alive.

This guided meditation will help you move into your day with wisdom and well-being.

So find a comfortable seated position where you can take your focus inward without distraction.

Know that the day in front of you is yours to manifest.

It's a new day.

So become aware of your breath,

Inhaling gently and exhaling slowly,

Until your breathing falls into a natural,

Comfortable,

Relaxed rhythm.

Let go of any thoughts or worries about the future and just be here in this moment.

This is your time to connect to your abundant wisdom,

To your power and to create your day.

So let's breathe in to a count of four.

Hold for a count of two and exhale to a count of four.

Inhale count of four.

Hold count of two.

Exhale count of four.

And just continue.

One,

Two,

Three,

Four.

You can let the counting go but continue with your gentle slow inhales and exhales.

Knowing your breath carries your life force prana with it.

It energizes you.

It's waking you up.

It's revitalizing your whole body.

It is positive,

Life affirming,

Powerful and unlimited energy.

On your next inhale,

Take that energy into your heart center.

As you exhale,

Let it radiate out to your entire body from your head to your fingers and toes.

Once again,

Deep inhale into your heart center filling it up with prana,

Life force energy and then exhaling it out into your body,

Letting its wisdom and healing power reach every cell.

Inhale filling your heart center.

Exhale that healing energy into every area of your body.

Down to your toes,

Out to your fingers and up to your head.

And just continue.

Take a moment to see how you're feeling.

Know that this life affirming energy is always with you.

If you have a goal or dream that uplifts you,

Visualize that now as if it were already true.

Visualize something you desire as if it is already manifested.

You can let that go,

But continue to feel your beautiful life force coursing throughout your body and start to let it begin to radiate outside your body and into the world.
