Good morning.
Find a comfortable seated position with your back straight and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath through your nose and exhale slowly through your mouth,
Releasing any thoughts and worries so you can focus on creating your day.
Now let your breath become slow,
Soft,
And deep.
Feel the sweetness of the air as you breathe in and appreciate being alive here in this moment as you greet a new day.
On your next inhale,
Let your breath fill up,
Starting at the bottom of your stomach to your chest and as soon as it hits the top of your throat,
Hold your breath for a second or two and then exhale.
Now return to slow deep breaths in and out.
As you continue breathing in slowly and deeply,
Begin to feel the energy,
Your life force,
Prana expanding throughout your body.
That energy connects you to your understanding,
Wisdom,
And knowingness.
And in this connection,
You're guided and supported as you intend your day.
Now bring your awareness to your heart center.
As you breathe in,
Feel the warmth and light filling you up.
As you breathe out,
Release that energy and love back into the world.
You are a powerful,
Creative human being.
As you continue,
You'll find your mind slowing down,
Creating silence which helps connect you to your deeper knowing.
Now think of an intention for today,
A purpose or desire,
Something you'd like to create for your day,
And feel it in your heart,
Surround it with life force energy.
Feel this intention as if it's already happened.
Hold on to that feeling and let it reside within you,
Increasing your trust and power in your ability to create your life.
As you feel the beauty of this intention in your heart,
Ask yourself the question,
What are the things you most want to bring to this life?
What service,
Great joy,
Or sense of purpose?
And bring that feeling into your being,
Surrounding it with life force energy.
Now think of something you're ready to let go of,
Something it's time to release or forgive,
Something that keeps you from your spiritual,
Mental,
Or physical growth.
Your intention is more powerful than that which no longer serves you.
Let it go.
Now let's end our morning practice in gratitude.
I am grateful for all that I am.
I'm grateful for all that I am intending for this day and for my life.
I'm grateful to release that which no longer serves me.
Let's take a deep breath in and a deep exhale,
Knowing that you've taken this precious time to intend your day in life.
