This is Casey.
Welcome to your Manifest with Gratitude practice.
Gratitude is like a magic potion when it comes to manifestation and drawing that frequency that we wish to one day embody closer toward ourselves.
Gratitude puts us in that state as if we are already there so it naturally releases any doubts,
Confusion,
Fear,
And that's exactly what we're doing today.
We are drawing that frequency of a future self,
Of whatever you wish to manifest closer to ourselves and us closer to it so that we can close that gap between us.
And often the gap is simply filled with all the fears and doubts,
Anxiety,
Worries,
Things we don't have control over but of course are still there nonetheless because we're human.
As we drop into this practice I want you to find a really comfortable position,
Seated or laying down,
Whatever works for you.
Gently close down your eyes.
Taking a deep breath in through the nose.
Exhale,
Big sigh out.
Two more times just like this.
Inhale through the nose.
I'd love for you to pull up a screen right in front of you like you're watching a movie and in this screen is whatever it is that you wish to manifest.
It doesn't matter if it is something you want to have accomplished in a year's time or a version of yourself in 10 years time.
Just that version of life that you so wholeheartedly,
Fervently desire.
Bring that up to a screen right now.
We're just using this to have a bit more clarity about what that manifestation looks like,
Tastes like,
Feels like.
As soon as you have that image I want you to dial up on its detail and clarity.
Notice this version of you.
What are they wearing?
What are they doing?
Maybe roughly how old?
What's their day to day like?
Maybe it's financial goal or career,
Business,
Purpose or just a feeling like you know they're happy,
They're living their purpose,
Fulfilled,
At peace.
So whether it's actual tangible things that you wish to have received or a feeling that you wish to be living in,
Start to see this reality in all its detail.
What colors,
What texture,
Even what city this is in.
How's the temperature like?
What's the day to day like?
What food are you having?
How are you taking care of yourself,
Your morning routine,
Your evening routine?
Great.
So there's no limit and limitation here.
You get to live out your wildest dream because it already exists.
Your dreams are dreaming you back.
And then slowly I want you to step into the screen like you're becoming the main character,
Right?
And as soon as you step through,
You become them.
So now you're embodying this version.
Take a moment to breathe in their essence.
How do they walk?
How do they carry themselves?
Maybe you can even go a layer deeper and feel into their beliefs,
Their mentality,
Their attitude,
Where their heart is at.
And then from there,
I want you to step out the screen but still ask this version of self.
Great.
Now you've entered an entirely different scene where you see a little banner that's called the road of gratitude.
So having accomplished all that you've ever wanted,
Right?
You now living as this version of your best self.
In front of you in this road on both sides are all the people that you've met along the way.
People who have inspired you,
Who have supported you,
Who have witnessed you.
These are people that maybe as your current today self you have met or maybe haven't met.
But as your ideal,
Best,
Higher,
Dream self,
Whatever you want to call it,
You have already met them.
So all these people,
They're just on both sides of the road.
Maybe they are family members or even strangers that gave you a word of encouragement.
I want you to start walking this road.
And as you come face to face with the first person,
Begin to say thank you.
And you can just say thank you or maybe go deeper into detail.
Thank you for believing in me.
And then maybe the next person is,
Thank you for taking me in when I didn't have anywhere to stay.
Or the next person is,
Thank you for gifting me this work opportunity when I didn't have anyone to turn to.
Whatever it is,
I'll give you a moment here.
These are all the people who have supported you loudly,
Quietly.
People who have helped you achieve and accomplish these dreams of yours.
With each gratitude,
Really feeling that in your heart as well.
Really soaking in the feelings of thank you.
Of heartfelt gratitude.
Take your time here.
And perhaps there are people that you are surprised to see here.
People that you didn't really connect the dots of before of how they would support you or how they can support you.
But turns out they actually did play an important role in your journey.
So allow those people's presence to also be there.
As you slowly arrive to the end of this road of gratitude,
You see a separate screen,
A different scene now.
Where it's a room,
A very cozy room.
And up to you,
You can visualize this as an interview,
Maybe with your favorite podcaster.
Or just a very cozy fireside chat,
A conversation with your best friend.
Whatever it is,
There's someone in front of you that you're so excited to have this chat with.
Whether it's an old friend or an interviewer,
You sit down with them.
You feel completely comfortable to be vulnerable,
To open up and to share your experience.
And the first question they ask you is,
What did you have to go through and experience to be where you're at now?
And just allow your answers,
See what comes up.
What advice would you give back to that old version of self to help them achieve your biggest,
Wildest dreams?
What would you say to them?
And see what your answers would be.
And then the last question they ask you is,
How would you describe the more difficult situation,
The hardship,
The challenges that you've faced and come across in your life?
And then see what answers come up too.
And now slowly closing this conversation and taking those insights that are from your own words,
Your own thoughts with you in the pockets in your heart.
And you stand up slowly exiting that room.
And as soon as you step out of that room,
You return back into where you were,
Where we were at the beginning of this practice,
This dark room,
This screen in front of you.
And then slowly this screen closes as well.
And as it does,
You can't help but feel a sense of certainty,
A sense of gratitude.
Because now that you've felt it so viscerally,
It means that it must exist somewhere,
Sometime,
In some dimension.
And you can trust that through this practice of gratitude,
You have already closed a gap.
And you have already pulled in this reality,
The frequency,
The vibration closer to yourself.
And now coming back to your body,
Just feeling the weight of your hips heavy in your seat.
And sensing the temperature on your skin,
The space around you,
The space that your body is taking up in your room.
And whenever you feel grounded enough,
You can slowly flutter your eyes open.
Maybe keeping the essence of gratitude with you and keeping a light smile on your face.
Welcome back.
