How come?
Let's move into the sound of silence and you may wonder several things.
The first thought,
That's it.
You have a thought.
The very first one.
Accept it.
Release it.
Are you comfortable with the nothingness of silence?
Ponder that just for a few seconds.
Does it bring you joy?
Happiness?
Or does it disrupt the mental process?
Think,
What are you feeling right this moment?
And then ask yourself,
How do you feel about silence right now and in daily life?
Breathe with it.
Question,
Does it make you feel uncomfortable or exuberant and peaceful?
It is your mind,
Your nervous system.
What is silence telling you?
Is it good or is it difficult?
Only you can answer that question.
Are you currently relaxed?
Sit with it.
Sit with the joyous or the uncomfortableness of silence.
Because we are going to begin a journey.
We'll start out three minutes of silence and go ahead.
At any point,
Your mind will probably wonder and that's okay because I'll check back with you in three minutes.
Get comfortable.
Find your breath and relax.
Breathe in.
You did it.
You did it.
