We are going to be doing a breath session together.
So get ready.
Breathe in and exhale.
Exhale.
Breathe into the nostrils.
Tomorrow.
Breathe Divine.
Sometimes sublime.
Found in you.
To be used to achieve relaxation and visualization.
To touch each corner of your body.
Thriving in wabi-sabi.
In perfect authenticity.
Isn't it a beauty?

Are you ready?
We're going to do a breathing exercise to calm.
So let's begin.
This is a three minute breath of four inhalations followed by six exhalations.
And here we go.
Exhale that belly up.
Breathe in the nostrils.
Both ways exhale through the nostrils.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
Breathe out.
Breathe in.
What we're going to do is take the deepest inhalation we can after a chime.
You'll inhale and hold as long as you can.
And I'll chime when I'm done.
And then I will exhale as long as I can and chime when I'm done.
Do the best that you can to breathe along with me.
So get ready for the inhalation.
Hold.
Inhale.
Exhale.
Exhale.
Tell me how great that felt.
We're just gonna finish up.
Breathe a little bit more.
A little more breaths.
