Ignite your inner light meditation.
This is a meditation that I have created for you to really connect in with and ignite that light that sits within you,
Your light.
So I want you to find a comfortable and quiet space where you are not going to be disturbed.
You can sit or lie down.
Make sure that you are in a relaxed position,
Feeling comfortable in the environment that you are in.
Take a nice deep breath and exhale as you look around you,
Noticing the walls,
The space,
The light,
Feeling the ground beneath you.
And when you're ready you can close your eyes.
As you begin to observe your breathing,
Your inhale and your exhale,
Allowing your belly and chest to expand fully with that inhale.
And as you exhale,
Slowly through your mouth,
Letting go of any tension or stress that is sitting in your body.
And I want you to repeat this deep breath a few more times.
Nice deep inhale in,
With your chest and belly rising.
And release out of your mouth,
Letting go of that tension,
That stress.
Nice deep breath in and exhale out of your mouth.
Really feeling your body and your energy become more centered and calm with each round of breathing.
Now we're going to begin by grounding and centering your body,
Your physical and energetic body.
I want you to sense,
See or feel yourself standing on the shore of a serene lake.
Really sensing the beauty of nature surrounding you.
Feeling the earth beneath your feet.
And this is providing you with a strong and stable foundation.
As you breathe in,
I want you to imagine drawing up the nurturing energy of the earth into your body.
And as you exhale,
You are releasing any negativity or distractions.
Continue this rhythmic breathing.
Nice inhale,
Imagining that you are drawing up that nurturing energy of the earth all the way into your body.
Really feeling it as your body absorbs into every cell in your body.
And as you exhale,
Really feeling the softness in your body as it releases the negativity,
As it releases any distractions.
Now a nice deep breath in,
Drawing in that nurturing energy of the earth into your body.
And as you exhale,
Releasing the negativity.
Now you are beginning to feel more connected with each breath.
Really feeling connected to the beauty of nature that is surrounding you as you stand on the shoreline of this serene lake.
The calmness and the grounding energy that's holding you right now.
And now I want you to sense,
See or feel a warm radiant light at the center of your being.
Right in the middle of your heart space.
And this warm radiant light represents your inner wisdom,
Your strength,
Your positivity.
And with each breath,
Imagine this light growing brighter and more vibrant.
Really sensing,
Seeing or feeling how this light is now illuminating your entire body.
Really feeling the expansion of energy with every inhale.
And feeling the energy expand and radiate outwards with every exhale.
Now I want you to really sense,
See or feel this light.
This warm radiant light glowing,
Pulsating from your heart outwards.
You are a beacon.
You are the light.
Now I want you to bring to your mind any worries,
Doubts or negative thoughts that are holding you back.
Imagine these thoughts as heavy stones in your hands.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
I want you to see yourself tossing these stones into the lake before you.
Go on,
Throw it in and watch them sink and disappear beneath the water's surface.
They are now releasing their grip on you.
And almost immediately,
You feel a sense of lightness and relief as you let go of these burdens.
So one by one,
Imagine your worries,
Your doubts,
Your negative thoughts as stones in your hands.
You can sense the weight.
And taking a nice deep breath in,
I want you to see yourself with each exhale,
Throwing the stones into the lake.
And with each stone that you throw,
You can see it sinking and disappearing beneath the water's surface.
You're beginning to feel a sense of lightness and relief as you let go of these burdens.
I'm just going to leave you here for a short while as you see yourself throwing these stones stones one by one into the lake,
Spending time seeing these stones disappearing beneath the water's surface.
And now with a sense of lightness and relief,
I want you to repeat the following affirmations,
Either in your mind or out loud.
Allow that positive energy to resonate within you.
I am a radiant being of light.
Of light.
My inner light guides me and empowers me.
I am a radiant being of light.
My inner light guides me and empowers me.
I am a radiant being of light.
My inner light guides me and empowers me.
And now as we connect in with your higher self,
I want you to imagine yourself surrounded by a gentle golden glow.
And this golden glow represents your higher self,
The part of you that is wise and connected to the universe.
You feel a sense of unity with this light,
A knowing that you are always guided and supported.
Take a moment to ask any questions you have or seek guidance on your path.
Trust that your higher self will provide insights or feelings that resonate with you.
And as you continue to breathe deeply,
Imagine your inner light merging with the golden light of your higher self.
See these two energies intertwining and growing stronger together.
Feel the expansion of your awareness and allow the sense of oneness to permeate your entire being.
Being.
Take a few moments to ask in the sense of connection and illumination.
Visualize yourself stepping back from the lake and slowly returning to your physical surroundings.
As you open your eyes,
Carry this inner light with you throughout your day.
And remember you can return to this meditation whenever you wish to reignite your inner light and connect with your higher self.
