So welcome to this heart-brain coherence meditation.

So begin by closing your eyes and this is signaling that you are choosing to turn your attention away from your outer life and spend some time in contemplation inside instead.

Take a nice deep breath in aware of the air filling your lungs and as you let that breath go really notice the letting go of the breath and practice the feeling of release.

Take another nice and deep steady breath in aware of the air filling your lungs and as you let that breath go practice being right here being really present right here right now.

Take another nice and deep steady breath in aware of the air filling your lungs and as you let that breath go practice the feeling of being open nice and open.

Continue to be aware of the breath.

Steady inhale gentle exhale letting go being right here opening up continuing the practice of being aware of your breath the in-breath and your out-breath.

Feeling that flow of air that natural cadence of your body as it breathes itself with ease and with grace.

Really feeling that connection with each breath.

Now as we allow ourselves to go deeper into quiet and peace moving ever more into the very center of our being and as we do feeling ever more anchored in the awareness of love's presence.

No matter what might be happening in the periphery of your life right here and right now you can feel quiet peaceful still.

Allow your attention to move to the area of your heart the center of your chest.

Imagining for a moment that each conscious breath is moving in and through the area of your heart.

Each conscious breath is moving in and through the area of your heart.

Letting go opening up ready and willing to listen for and to that still voice of truth.

The mind is quiet the heart is open releasing letting go.

Continue to be aware of each breath.

Continue to have your attention focused on the area of the heart as you practice for the next few minutes following that breath as it flows in and through your heart space ready willing and receptive to the voice of truth.

Guiding,

Supporting,

Directing you in the space in your heart.

Listen and as you hear the music fill this space.

Allow your attention to begin to rise.

Taking a moment to feel grateful of being in this practice.

For any guidance and insight that you may have gleaned from this experience take a nice deep breath in and as you let that breath go let go of anything else that may keep you from being present.

Namaste

This is a wonderful short meditation and the music was just right for me and not too loud. Thank you Caroline ‼️🌺❌⭕️

Short, but effectively focused my attention on the breath which is difficult for me, and all with a lovely and compassionate voice.
