Welcome to this meditation to support your energy body and specifically we are going to be focusing on releasing any energetic attachments,

Energetic chords and we are then going to be taking a moment to call our power back into our energy bodies and then we are going to be protecting our energy bodies.

This is a great practice for us all to do and to do regularly.

Right so let us begin.

I suggest you do this meditation seated but like with all my work the only voice that matters is your voice.

So listen to your body,

Listen to yourself and do whatever it is that your body is wanting from you in this moment.

Let us begin by finding a quiet and comfortable space and if it's not comfortable just allowing yourself that moment to shift your body.

Maybe finding another pillow or a blanket to keep your legs warm.

Making sure that your spine is straight yet it's soft.

We want the body to feel soft and take a moment as you look around the space that you are in just bring in that presence by observing things that are in the room,

Pictures,

Plants and then when you're ready taking a nice deep breath in and breathing out and then closing your eyes.

So let us just take a few deep breaths to ground our energy body.

Nice deep breath in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in and breathing out.

As you bring your awareness to your physical body starting from the top of your head,

Just feeling your hair,

Your ears,

Your jaw and moving down your neck,

Your throat and your shoulders and remembering to bring your breath to any places of tension or pain and we're giving those areas permission to become softer.

Really surrendering into this space of being,

Of release and continuing your connection to your body.

Moving down your back,

All the way down your spine,

Backs of your shoulders,

Into your shoulder blades,

Down the front of your body.

Kind of going on a little explore into your physical body,

Down your arms into your wrists,

Into your fingers,

Fingernails.

Let's move into your hips,

Down your legs,

Through your knees and down through your ankles and into your feet and into your toes.

You may even want to just place your hands on your thighs and then just gently rub them,

Touch them.

Touching your arms,

Rubbing your arms gently.

It's taking this moment to really feel and get into our physical body.

Just from the space let's take a nice deep breath in,

Breathing out.

Now let us extend our awareness to just outside our physical body.

We're gonna move into our energy body,

That beautiful shimmering luminous field.

I'm just gonna use your senses here,

Whether you see it or feel it,

Imagine it,

Sense it,

However it is.

Kind of becoming aware of the energy that surrounds you,

That beautiful cocoon that encapsulates your physical form.

You may want to bring your awareness to where there may have been any tension in your physical body and moving that tension out into your energy body and just spending some time there with your breath.

Let us move into the awareness of any energetic chords that might be extending from your energy body.

Any chords that you can feel,

That you can sense or see in your mind's eye.

They're like threads connecting you to people and situations or experiences that may have influenced you.

We're not always aware of them but they are there and that is okay.

They have served as pathways for the exchange of energy and information.

They may have taught you valuable lessons and allowed you to grow and as we sink into love and gratitude we're going to acknowledge the purpose that they've served in your life.

I'm just taking a nice deep breath in for me from this space.

It's creating some softness.

We're going to begin to imagine that you are surrounded by the most brilliant loving light and this light represents the universal energy that flows through all living things.

It's a source of healing,

Of wisdom and transformation and as we feel this light it begins to fill you up.

It's bathing your energy body,

Really immersing yourself in this feeling.

Now I want you to repeat this affirmation.

I release all energetic chords that no longer serve my highest good and you can say these out loud and you can say this with passion and meaning.

I release all energetic chords that no longer serve my highest good.

I release all energetic chords that no longer serve my highest good.

I release them with love and gratitude.

I release them with love and with gratitude.

I release them with love and with gratitude.

I am now free to grow and evolve beyond these connections.

I am now free to grow and evolve beyond these connections.

I am free to grow and evolve beyond these connections.

And now you begin to sense,

See or feel that these chords,

These threads are dissolving one by one.

They are dissolving and are no longer attached to your energy body.

You begin to feel a sense of lightness and freedom as these chords no longer bind you.

Your energy body becomes clear,

Unburdened and luminous.

And we just sit in that for the moment.

Really feeling what it is to you to have a clear energy body,

To feel unburdened and to really feel like your energy body is all sparkly and luminous.

How do you hold your physical body now?

Now I want you to begin to imagine or sense or see that we are now going to call our energy back.

We're calling our energy back from all timelines,

Situations and people.

And you can sense these beams of light extending from your energy body to retrieve these fragments of your energy that have been scattered across time and space.

And these fragments return to you.

Fragments that you didn't even know were missing but now that they have returned you begin to feel a sense of completeness and wholeness.

As you repeat this affirmation,

I am whole,

Complete and free.

I am the source of my own power and I activate it now.

I am whole,

Complete and free.

I am the source of my own power and I activate it now.

One last time,

I am whole,

Complete and free.

I am the source of my own power and I activate it now.

You begin to imagine that there is the most radiant golden light expanding from your energy body.

It's filling you with strength,

Wisdom and vitality.

You are fully connected to your own power and you are ready to manifest your desires.

You are ready to truly step into your purpose.

Now I want you to take a moment to acknowledge,

To imagine that you have a piece of black tourmaline crystal,

One in each hand.

You can feel the protective energy emanating from them.

You can feel that strength.

And now I want you to imagine that they are releasing a powerful,

Impenetrable black bubble of energy as it surrounds you.

It cocoons your energy body in this protective light.

This bubble of black tourmaline shields you from negative energies.

The strength it holds ensures that your energy will remain pure and undisturbed.

Feeling this power that holds you,

The strength.

Know that you are whole,

You are protected and you are free.

And whenever you need to,

You can return to this meditation to cleanse and protect your energy body,

Reconnect with your power and release any attachments with love.

So if you're ready,

Just taking a few deep breaths in.

Release.

Another nice deep breath in.

And release.

Just bringing your awareness back again to your body.

Back to the way it moves when you breathe.

That awareness.

Beginning to sense your room that's around you.

And moving your body very gently,

Very slowly.

And opening your eyes as you carry this sense of wholeness and protection with you as you move forwards.

Lovely. I feel grounded and ready to face the day. As an empath, I forgot to ground and shield during the devastating fires in Los Angeles. I suffered the worst anxiety I’ve had in over a decade. Hopefully after this meditation, it will be a better day. Bookmarking it for sure. Thank you❣️
