Welcome.

This is your time.

A few moments to step away from doing.

From thinking.

And allowing yourself to be.

Let us begin by arriving in stillness.

Finding a position that feels restful.

This could be seated or lying down.

Allowing your body to be supported.

Letting your breath begin to guide you inwards.

Allowing your eyes to soften or to gently close.

Allowing your shoulders to move away from your ears.

And your hands to rest.

As you now simply begin to notice your breath.

There's nothing you need to change.

Just feel the natural rhythm of your inhale.

And your exhale.

Inhaling through your nose.

And exhaling slowly out of your mouth.

Allowing each breath to begin to soften you.

Softening the jaw.

Softening the belly.

Softening the space between your eyebrows.

With each breath you are giving your body permission to release.

To unwind.

To return to a natural state of ease.

Imagining your breath moving like a slow tide.

Washing through you.

From your head all the way down to your toes.

Creating space.

Inviting quiet.

Reminding your whole system.

That it is safe to rest.

I want you to bring your awareness to your forehead.

Allowing it to smooth and to soften.

Moving your awareness down to your throat.

Your heart.

Your belly.

Allowing your breath to gently expand in these spaces.

There is nothing to hold on to right now.

No effort needed.

Just the rhythm of your breath.

And the spaciousness that it brings.

You might want to picture yourself in a wide open space.

A field beneath the open sky.

Wherever you picture yourself it's a calm space.

A space that is holding you gently.

There is room to breathe.

Room to just be.

Inhale space.

Exhale ease.

Inhale softness.

Exhale release.

Allowing yourself to rest here for a few more breaths.

Breathing.

Being held by the.

And when you're ready.

Beginning to return.

As you slowly notice the room around you.

Noticing your body.

The sensations in your body.

Gently moving your fingers and toes.

As you take one more deep breath in.

And a full exhale out.

And as you move forward know that this calm is always within you.

Always available with each breath.

Thank you for taking this time for yourself.

Carry the spaciousness with you into whatever comes next.
