Hello and welcome to your visualization of your perfect day.

My name is Kara and I will be guiding you along this visualization to fully embody your perfect day,

Shifting into that vibration and allowing yourself to open to the receiving mode of letting that perfect day become your reality.

Get started by finding a comfortable seated posture or you may wish to lie down.

Allow yourself to become as comfortable as possible wherever you are.

If you feel safe,

Close your eyes or simply soften them down the tip of your nose.

Begin by taking a deep conscious breath in through the nose and let it out through the mouth.

Taking another deep breath in through the nose,

Filling your lungs,

Letting your tummy expand and let it out through the mouth,

Letting everything fall away.

One more time,

Taking a deep breath in through your nose and on your exhale release all that has been before you today,

All that is yet to come,

Allowing yourself to be fully present in this moment.

Allowing your breath to return to its natural rhythm,

I invite you to bring your awareness down to the tips of your toes,

The soles of your feet,

The tops of your feet,

Your heels where they meet the space beneath you,

Your ankles,

Lower leg,

Knee,

Upper legs,

Your glutes and hips where they rest on the support beneath you.

Feeling your entire lower body relaxed,

Heavy,

Rested.

Bringing your awareness now to your lower belly,

The pelvic bowl,

Letting it wrap around to your lower back,

Releasing and letting go.

Your middle belly up to your navel center and around to the middle of your back.

Draw your awareness up to your ribcage,

Your chest,

Your upper back,

Your entire torso rested and relaxed into the space beneath you.

Your heart space open,

Ready to receive.

Your awareness to your shoulders and moving down the upper part of your arms,

Your elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

The back of your hands,

The palms of your hands,

Your tips of your fingers.

Both arms completely relaxed,

Rested,

Heavy in your lap or on the support beneath you.

Drawing your awareness up to your throat and your neck.

Your jaw releases,

Relaxed.

Your tongue rests heavy off the roof of your mouth.

Being aware of your cheeks,

Your nose,

Your eyes as they rest in their sockets.

Releasing your eyebrows,

The space beneath between your eyebrows and smoothing out your forehead.

Your awareness comes all the way up to the crown of your head and around to the back of your head,

Resting heavy on the support beneath you.

Your whole body released,

Relaxed,

Heavy.

Your breath entering into the body and releasing any and all attachments it has to this day and to the days ahead.

Being fully present in just this moment.

We're going to journey now into your perfect day.

Allow yourself in this fully grounded,

Present space within your body to invite your mind to open and picture your perfect day.

Think about how you feel as you awaken from your slumber.

When you open your eyes,

What do you see?

What do you feel?

As you get out of bed and your feet touch the floor,

Notice the sensation of that support beneath you.

And where do you head?

Maybe you go to take a shower or to make your morning coffee.

Picture yourself eating breakfast and getting ready for everything you are about to do on this perfect day.

What are you looking forward to?

Where are you going to be spending your day?

With who are you going to be spending your day?

And what will you be doing?

It's morning and you are in the place that you desire to be,

Doing everything that feels so good and makes sense for you in this moment.

You feel the sense of satisfaction,

Joy,

Peace,

Love.

And you are moving through your day so effortlessly,

With such ease.

What happens next?

Where do you eat lunch today?

With whom do you spend your afternoon?

And how do you spend your afternoon?

What are you going to do to take care of yourself today?

How will you look after your mind,

Your body,

Your soul?

How does your heart feel on this day?

And what's bringing you the most joy?

Allowing yourself to bring all of that awareness,

All of those emotions,

Those felt senses into your reality in this moment.

Feel them as if they are happening right now.

You are in your ideal,

Perfect day.

How will you spend your evening?

Who will you spend your evening with?

And what will you be doing maybe you cook dinner with your friends and family or meet them out for drinks?

Maybe you spend the evening alone in self-reflection honoring this amazing perfect day.

And as you begin to unwind,

As you feel your body so relaxed,

So at peace,

You begin to prepare yourself for a restful night's sleep.

And as you get yourself ready for bed and you reflect back on your perfect day,

Allow your mind,

Your body,

Your soul to be open to any words,

Expressions,

Or felt senses that arise,

That have arisen from this perfect day,

That have entered your consciousness that you've experienced.

And allow yourself to embody that feeling,

Noticing how it feels in your body,

The peace in your mind,

And the warmth in your heart.

Beginning to invite your breath to deepen now,

Inhaling through the nose,

Exhaling through the mouth,

As you call your consciousness to become more and more present.

Becoming aware of each point of contact your body makes with the earth beneath you and sending your breath,

Your life force energy,

To that part of your body.

Drawing consciousness,

Alertness,

Awakeness,

More and more back into your body,

Your mind,

And your soul.

Becoming aware of the air in the room that you are in as it floats across your skin,

Aware of the walls,

The windows,

The doors,

Aware of all of the sensations that you feel on your body,

Your clothes,

Your hair,

The support beneath you.

And when you're ready,

In your time,

Begin to invite your body to gently move by wiggling the fingers and the toes and stretching your arms up overhead and your toes long.

If you are laying down,

Rolling to your favorite side and allowing yourself to breathe here for just a moment as your body orients to the shift in position.

And when you're ready,

Pressing your way back up to an upright seated posture,

Allowing your eyes to remain softened or closed completely,

Again letting your body orient to the shift first.

And when you're ready,

Beginning to blink your eyes open softly,

Gazing around the room that you are in as you visually orient to this space,

This time,

This present moment.

Welcome back.

I encourage you to grab your journal and journal about what you just experienced in this perfect day,

What you did,

Who you spent time with,

Where you journeyed to,

But most importantly,

How did it feel?

Allowing this to be words or short phrases that you just get down on paper to honor your experience.
