Hello and welcome to this quick but transformative money mindset shift mini training.

My name is Kara and I am so glad that you're here.

Whether you're here because you're ready to grow your business,

Create more financial freedom,

Or just feel more at ease when thinking about money,

You're in the right place.

In the next 10 to 12 minutes,

We're going to uncover limiting beliefs about money that may be holding you back,

Reframe them into empowering ones,

And take steps to shift your energy into alignment with abundance.

Let's dive in.

Know that at any point during this training you'd like to spend more time on a section,

Simply pause the training and come back and meet us when you're ready.

We're going to begin by understanding the root of money blocks.

Money is just energy,

But the stories we tell ourselves about it often carry heavy emotions and old patterns.

These beliefs can stem from childhood,

Societal norms and expectations,

Or even past experiences of lack or fear.

So take a moment and think about how you feel when you hear the word money.

It may feel good to place a hand on your heart or over your belly.

Maybe soften your eyes and turn that gaze inwards to connect with your felt sense.

And tune in to what happens when you hear the word money.

What comes up?

Is it excitement,

Anxiety,

A sense of limitation?

Whatever arises is perfectly okay.

There's no judgment.

We're here to acknowledge,

To witness,

And accept exactly where you are in this moment.

Because when you know where you are beginning,

Your starting point,

Then you can make the conscious choice to do something different.

Awareness is always the first step.

So let's take a few moments to identify one limiting belief you may be holding onto about money.

You can always return to this exercise and continue with more limiting beliefs,

But for right now,

Let's just focus on one.

Ask yourself,

What's the first thought I have when I think about earning more money?

What do I believe is possible for me when it comes to financial success?

Take just a moment to write down your responses.

Some common limiting beliefs might sound like I have to work really hard to make money,

I'm not good with money,

Or people like me don't get rich.

If one of these resonates with you,

Or if you have your own,

Take a moment to write it down or keep it in your mind as we move on.

The next step,

Now that you've identified a limiting belief,

Is to reframe it into an empowering one.

Here's the process.

First we acknowledge the belief without any judgment.

It served a purpose at some point in your life,

To keep you safe,

To protect you from danger or perception of danger.

But now it's time to release it.

It's no longer working in your favor,

It's actually holding you back.

So ask yourself,

What's a more empowering,

Supportive belief I can adopt instead?

When you look at that limiting belief,

Either on your paper or you just reflect on it in your mind,

How can we create this into a more empowering,

Supportive belief?

And then we're going to reframe the belief in the present tense,

As if it's already true.

Your mind doesn't know the difference between the past,

The present,

Or the future.

You get to decide right now what your new belief is.

So let's practice together with some examples.

If your limiting belief is,

I have to work really hard to make money,

Your reframe may be,

Money flows to me with ease as I share my gifts with the world.

If your limiting belief is,

I'm not good with money,

Your reframe may be,

I am capable of learning and managing money with confidence.

And if your limiting belief is,

People like me don't get rich,

Your reframe may be,

I am worthy of wealth and abundance is my birthright.

So take a moment here to reframe your own belief.

Say it out loud and see how it feels in your body.

Do you notice any shift in your energy?

Any shift in your posture?

And now that you've created a new empowering belief,

Let's anchor it in.

This helps your subconscious start to adopt it as truth.

This will be full immersive.

So close your eyes if it feels safe to do so,

Or just soften them and take a deep breath in.

Visualize yourself in the future.

What does your life look like?

What do you look like?

How do you act?

How do you walk?

How do you speak?

How do you feel as you manage,

Attract,

Or enjoy money with ease?

And who benefits from your financial success?

Is it your family,

Your clients,

Or your community?

Allow this to be a full sensory experience,

Using every sense to anchor this vision into your reality.

Let this vision fill you with excitement and gratitude.

And now repeat your new belief silently or out loud to yourself three times.

For example,

I am abundant and money flows to me effortlessly.

The more you repeat this belief and embody the feeling,

The more your subconscious will begin to accept it as true.

And shifting your mindset isn't just about thoughts,

It's also about action.

So this final step is taking inspired action.

Here are three simple steps you can take this week to align with abundance.

The first one is track your wins.

Each day,

Write down one way abundance showed up for you.

It could be a new client,

An unexpected gift,

Or even a discount at your favorite store.

This trains your brain to look for the positive,

To look for the evidence of abundance instead of the lack.

And when we turn our attention,

When we focus on the abundance,

You'll start to see it more often.

Step two,

Celebrate small wins.

One of my favorite things to do with my clients is to celebrate their wins each and every week.

So treat every achievement,

No matter how big or small,

As proof of your growing abundance.

And celebrate it.

And the third step for inspired action is to give and receive freely.

When we hold tight to our money like an iron grip,

We create constriction within the body,

Within the energetic field.

And this constriction prevents the effortless flow of energy into us.

And it keeps us stuck in lack.

So donate a small amount to a cause you care about,

Or treat yourself to something meaningful.

Both are acts of gratitude and alignment with flow in showing the universe you trust,

That what you give out will return back to you.

Multiply.

You've just taken a powerful step toward shifting your money mindset.

And that's something to celebrate.

Remember,

Abundance begins with the stories we tell ourselves and the energy we bring to the table.

Keep practicing,

Reflecting,

And anchoring your new beliefs.
