A mindful minute to reconnect to yourself and enjoy the process.

Sit comfortably and close your eyes.

Breathe deeply and allow yourself to arrive in this moment.

Now take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

One more time.

Inhale and exhale.

Now picture yourself on a timeline where you are right now in relation to your goal.

And drop yourself on it like a pin.

And now turn towards your past and see all the big and little steps you've already taken to get here.

How amazing is that place?

And now sense into this feeling of gratitude in your heart for how far you've come already.

And as you keep making strides forward,

Remember you carry this gratitude and joy for the journey in your heart and sense how you feel now.

This is how one minute makes a difference.

And when you're ready,

You can open your eyes.
