A brilliant sphere of healing light,
Green and gold,
Begins to glow.
This light contains the energy of health,
Balance,
And rejuvenation.
As it slowly descends,
Imagine it entering the crown of your head.
It moves through your mind,

Your thoughts become calm,

This light continues down into your throat,
Your heart and solar plexus.
