This August Full Moon is called the Sturgeon Full Moon and is also our second super moon. So, with the blessing of clear skies this will be a bright and large looking moon. The energy around this full moon is largely about connecting with nature, love, gratitude and self-care as well as remaining open to ALL of the possibilities.

This August full moon is called the Sturgeon full moon and is also our second super moon.

So with the blessing of clear skies,

This will be a bright and large looking moon.

Today we'll take some time to set our full moon intentions.

As we think about that,

Keep in mind the energy around this full moon is largely about connecting with nature,

Love,

Gratitude and self-care and remaining open to the possibilities.

Until you find a comfortable place where you can remain for the remainder of the meditation,

Where you will be comfortable,

Let's take a deep breath in and release.

Breathe in deeply and out fully.

And one more deep breath in and release.

Take some time now to set your intentions.

What you would like to release that is no longer serving you and what you would like to invite in.

And think big here.

Be open to all of the possibilities.

While you do this,

I will connect remotely.

So if you are open to receive this Reiki healing energy,

Just say yes.

At this time,

Bring your attention to your heart center.

Feel the beat of your heart.

Feel the connection between your heartbeat and your breath.

When you think about that intention,

That intention of what you wish to release,

Visualize the life within it being released with your next exhalation.

Repeat this visualization with each breath.

Feel its grip start to release a little more with each breath,

Letting it go,

Letting it disappear.

Start to feel the Reiki healing energy begin to heal this space.

Feel a sense of lightness as you let go of it and allow the healing energy in.

Bring your attention back to the breath now.

Coming back to that heart center.

Bring to mind those intentions,

Those things you're ready to receive.

Imagine it in the here and now.

See it vividly.

Feel it in the here and now,

Strongly.

Feel the joy of it being real right now.

In your mind,

Watch it grow and develop.

How do you feel?

Feel the joy,

The excitement,

The gratitude.

Feel the gratitude of this being real right now.

And give thanks for it already being done.

Feel its life start to beat in that space in your heart that you just cleared.

That space has been cleared just for this.

Allow the Reiki to bless and balance this beautiful manifestation.

Be open to all possibilities.

All you can imagine.

It's time to come back now to your physical space.

Take a deep breath in and release.

Notice the space around you.

Bring some light movement into your body.

Open your eyes when you're ready.

Allow yourself some time today for some self-care.

The moon is beckoning you too.
