We all have dreams and goals, but sometimes we get a little sidetracked. Here we'll let go of the fears that are holding us back and step into our dreams. We'll reignite our passions for our dreams and step back into them now.

Hello and welcome.

This meditation came to me as I was listening to the 2023 Hay House You Can Heal Your Life Summit.

Rebecca Campbell was speaking on living a soul-led life.

Rebecca is one of my favorite authors and spiritual sisters and she has brought me so much guidance on this journey.

This week I am on vacation and not going anywhere but just burning time before I lose it.

I'd spent some time wondering what I would do with myself for an entire week but soon created a long list of things I've been meaning to do.

Write,

Create meditations,

Create a book proposal,

Work out daily,

Continue with my studies.

You get the idea.

While listening to Rebecca I realized that I have fallen back into old habits of resistance,

Resisting the things that I need to do to claim my dreams.

That book won't write itself and those meditations won't record themselves.

If I don't write and record then I can't share what I want to share with the world.

I'm assuming you all do this too.

So let's leave that all behind and step into our dreams.

Find a comfortable position and settle in.

Take a deep breath in and release.

In fully and out fully.

One more time in with a deep full breath and out with all that resistance.

Close your eyes and start to breathe softer,

More naturally,

Allowing each breath to calm you a little more.

Let each exhalation take away a little more of the resistance you're holding on to.

No matter what this resistance resides around,

Let it go.

Often we are in a subconscious state of fear.

Fear of failure or even fear of success.

Let it go.

Breathe it out.

Let it go.

Follow that breath in through the body and out through the body.

Letting go of all that fear and procrastination.

Now bring your attention to your dreams.

What is it you want to do,

Be,

And share with the world?

What is that big thing you want to bring to your life and to the world?

Bring it front and center right now.

See it in your mind.

Allow it to grow and evolve.

Feel it,

Hear it,

Smell and taste it.

Feel it deep within you.

Now,

What is one small step you can take in that direction?

What is holding you back?

What are you afraid of?

And why are you resisting?

Feel that fear,

That resistance,

And let it go on your next exhalation.

Breathe in new energy and purpose and breathe out that fear.

Continue to breathe in that new inspired energy.

And as you breathe out,

Let go of the fear and the procrastination.

See yourself doing that thing you're shying away from,

That thing you're resisting,

You're pushing off.

See yourself moving forward,

Knowing that this is the only way to get there.

One step in front of the other.

So take one step,

Then another,

And another,

Over and over again.

Can you feel the momentum?

Feel your soul start to rejoice and sing.

This is where you realize your dreams.

This is where you become the success you dream of.

This is where it all begins.

It's time to come back to your physical space now.

Recognize your surroundings.

Be back in your body.

Take a deep breath in and release,

And open your eyes when you're ready.

Moving forward,

And taking that step.

Whatever that first step is,

Go do it now.

And I look forward to seeing your dreams move forward.
