Welcome beautiful soul.

This is your new year meditation.

A sacred pause between cycles where the future is consciously invited in.

I invite you to allow the outside world to soften.

Close your eyes.

Take a slow breath in and release.

Feel the support beneath your body,

The earth holding you.

Imagine roots extending from your feet and your spine deep into the ground.

With each breath your nervous system settles.

Your body feels safe to release and receive.

As you arrive here,

Allow me a moment to connect with your energy.

Now imagine a gentle circle of light forming around you.

Within this space feel the presence of those who came before you.

Ancestors of blood,

Spirit,

And lineage.

You don't need to see them clearly.

Simply feel the support,

Wisdom,

And resilience flowing toward you.

Silently say,

I honor the paths that made mine possible.

I release what no longer needs to be carried forward.

Allow any emotions to move gently through you.

Ahead of you imagine a doorway illuminated by moonlight.

This doorway represents the new lunar cycle.

As you step through,

You leave behind old identities,

Outdated expectations,

And energetic weight.

You cross into a space of clarity,

Renewal,

And quiet confidence.

Now bring forward up to three intentions for this lunar year.

Not goals,

But ways of being.
