During a workout this morning,
My lower back began to hurt.
Instead of pushing through as I normally would,
I was guided to nurture my body instead.
I laid down and began to meditate,
And this meditation emerged.
I'm so honored to share it with you today.
I infuse Reiki into all of my work.
If you are open to receive this healing energy,
Just accept in your mind's eye.
I invite you to join me with some deep cleansing breaths,
And allow me a moment to connect with your energy.
Breathe in through the crown,
And down through your third eye,
To your throat,
Your heart,
To your solar plexus,
And down through your legs,
And out the bottoms of your feet.
Continue this pattern of breath,
And allow it to relax you,
One chakra at a time.
With your next breath,
Bring it in through your sole star chakra,
Just above your head,
Connecting a divine light to the breath and the crown,
Your third eye,
Your throat,
Your solar plexus,
Your sacral,
Your root chakra,
Your feet,
And down to your earth star chakra,
Below your feet.
As this full connection is made,
The divine light remains from and through breath to breath,
Clearing away all negative,
Stuck,
And stagnant energies with each full inhale,
And release them all back to the planet,
To be transmuted back to light.
On the next inhale,
Feeling this divine light for a brighter,
More balanced journey going forward.
Continue connecting to the breath,
The light,
And all this divine energy.
Creating an angelic space to just be,
And to nurture you right now.
Nothing else matters in this moment.
Allow this divine healing light to soak into each cell of your body,
Each muscle,
Each bone,
Each area of skin,
Wherever you need it now.
Coming back now to your physical space,
Starting to recognize your surroundings,
The surface beneath you,
That connection back to the planet,
Grounding in this light and this healing energy.
Bring some light movement into your body and take a deep breath in,
And release,
And come back when you're ready.
