Today, we take a moment to relax our body, mind, and spirit. Allow the relaxation to be healing, accepted, and welcomed. This is a time for acceptance, forgiveness, and a little self-love and self-care. Our body is our temple, let's honor that.

Welcome,

Beloved.

I invite you to find a comfortable space where you can relax deeply.

Allow your body to rest in a way that feels supported and easeful.

And allow your breath to slow.

Take a long,

Deep inhale.

And a full exhale.

Again,

Inhale.

And let it all go.

Begin by bringing awareness to the very top of your head.

Imagine a soft,

Golden light resting there.

Like the warmth of the sunlight.

With each breath,

Let this golden light slowly move down through your body.

Relaxing and soothing every part of you.

The light flows across your forehead,

Releasing tension.

Down through your cheeks and jaw,

Softening any tightness.

The golden light moves into your shoulders.

Melting away the weight you've been carrying.

Down your arms,

Into your hands.

Filling them with warmth and ease.

Feel this light travel into your chest,

Wrapping around your heart.

Notice the rhythm of your breath,

Steady and calm.

Allow this light to remind you of the love within you.

The love your body holds for you.

Even when you forget to love it back.

Let this light move into your belly.

So often we carry judgment here.

Now,

Let it soften.

Allow your belly to expand.

Expand with each inhale.

And relax with each exhale.

Whisper silently,

I forgive you.

I honor you.

I love you.

This golden light continues to flow into your hips and thighs,

Steady and strong.

Down through your knees,

Your calves,

Your ankles,

And all the way into your feet.

Feel the connection to the earth beneath you.

Grounding and supporting.

Now,

With your whole body glowing in golden light,

Place your hands gently over your heart or belly,

Wherever feels natural.

Whisper to yourself,

Thank you,

Body,

For carrying me through life.

Thank you for your wisdom,

Your strength,

Your resilience.

I honor you.

I listen to you.

I reclaim my energy with love.

Allow these words to echo in your being.

Feel your body respond,

As if it is sighing in relief.

Happy to be seen and appreciated.

Now,

Imagine your body surrounded by a gentle cocoon of light.

This cocoon renews your energy,

Restores balance,

And shields you from anything that drains you.

Feel yourself held,

Safe,

And deeply loved.

Rest in this cocoon for a few quiet moments.

When you are ready to return,

Take a slow,

Deep inhale and a long exhale.

Now,

Gently wiggle your fingers and toes.

Feel the ground beneath you,

The space around you.

And when it feels right,

Softly open your eyes.

Carry this renewed energy with you as you step forward.

Knowing your body is not your enemy,

But your ally,

Your sacred companion on this journey.
