Last month's new moon in Capricorn brought us perseverance,
Determination,
And patience.
This month is feeling a little more emotionally confusing.
We may be feeling a little rebellious,
Fearful,
Angry,
Or jealous.
These are the things we'll want to release as we set intentions today.
Though they are rising up,
They still do not serve our highest good.
Releasing them will clear the way for our greatest dreams.
Will you join me in a comfortable place with a nice straight spine?
Take a deep breath in and release.
Breathing in deeply and out fully.
Allowing one more deep breath in and one more full breath out.
Start to settle into your softer,
Gentler breath,
And welcome in its soothing effects.
Nurturing your body and your mind into that place of peace and contentment.
Arriving at your observatory self,
Bring up that which you are ready to let go of.
Letting go of any emotional upheaval you may be feeling now.
Release and let go.
If you're feeling resistance,
On the release,
Incorporate the breath to assist in the letting go.
Upon the release,
Feel lighter and clearer.
Enjoy this clear space that you've created.
Follow your consciousness to your new intentions.
Coming back to the intentions of last month's new moon and full moon rituals.
Bringing your consciousness to your new intentions.
Bringing those visions back into your mind.
Allowing them to play out in your mind again.
How have they changed and evolved?
Are they clearer now?
Or do they need editing,
Changing,
And adjusting?
Allow these things to play out in your vision.
