Welcome,

Beautiful soul.

I invite you to take a deep breath and exhale slowly,

Letting your body soften.

And can you visualize holding all the expectations,

Pressures and shoulds of the day in your hands?

Now imagine them melting away like snow in the sun.

Feel the weight lifting from your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your mind.

Visualize yourself moving through the day with flexibility,

Ease and lightness.

Repeat silently.

I release perfection.

I embrace ease and joy.

Now imagine a gentle flowing river of light,

Carrying away tension and bringing peace,

Presence and calm.

Take one last deep breath in and exhale fully.

Open your eyes softly,

Carrying a sense of flow,

Calm and freedom into your day.
