My name is Candy Foster.
I am a meditation instructor and a Reiki Master Teacher.
When someone asks me to picture a relaxing and calm scene,
I automatically go to the beach.
That is what has inspired this meditation.
I hope you'll join me.
Then let's find a nice comfortable place where you can be comfortable for the duration.
Settle in and take a deep breath in.
And a full breath out.
Take another deep breath in and out.
One more time this time.
Breathe in that warm sea air.
And as you exhale,
Let your whole body relax.
Relaxing right into a softer,
Gentler,
More natural breath.
And allow your mind to take you to that perfect white sand beach.
You're settling into that perfect lounge chair.
Put there just for you.
This chair fits you perfectly.
Just immerse yourself in your comfort in this moment.
Can you hear the small waves lapping up on the shore?
As you warm your toes in the sand.
Taking in the clean,
Refreshing air.
Hear the sea goes overhead.
There's no one else here but you.
It's like your own private beach.
Feel the warmth of the sun warming your skin.
And the purely cloudless sky.
The temperature is perfect.
The breeze is perfect.
It is all perfect.
Yeah.
Excellent.
As you start to drift off into a perfect slumber,
The sounds around you,
The sounds of the waves just blow you into a perfect center.
Here you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
Here you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
Here you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
Only immersing yourself in this pure,
Blissful state.
Here you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
When you are ready,
You start to wake from your blissful slumber.
As the sun finds a single cloud,
You start to awaken and bring some movement into your body.
Take a deep breath in,
Maybe a little stretch,
And release.
Open your eyes and come back when you're ready.
