Here we are at the start of a new annual lunar cycle and with 111 declaring new beginnings and letting us know new opportunities are on their way.
So today we'll focus more intently on those new beginnings,
Set our intentions around them and plant those seeds so they can be grown and thrive.
Will you join me in a comfortable place where you can meditate?
Let's find our center.
Take a deep breath in through the nose and a full breath out through the mouth.
Breathe in again deeply and out again fully.
Take one more deep breath in through the nose and fully release through the mouth.
Bring yourself back to a more natural breath,
Allowing it to slowly soften and relax your body,
One muscle group at a time.
Notice how your mind also starts to relax and quiet a bit.
Welcome in the peace and tranquility.
As you settle into your place of pure observation,
Start to witness and observe what new beginnings are on the horizon for you.
Are there new opportunities that have been presented recently?
If so,
Sit with ease for a moment to assess.
Whatever has come up for you now has appeared for a reason.
Trust this information and allow your intuition to guide you further.
What intentions are calling you to release at this time?
Welcome a deep cleansing breath and on the exhale,
Let them go.
Releasing them into the atmosphere to be transmuted,
Coming back to those opportunities and new beginnings.
Can you envision how this might play out?
Again,
Trust what comes up for you.
Allow your mind to follow that path of inspiration.
Bringing all of the possibilities to light,
Bringing them into the light,
Maybe even a spotlight.
As you feel the emotions that accompany this journey,
Scatter the seeds of intention.
As your vision plays this out for you to see,
Feel yourself on the journey now,
Creating emotional seedlings that are sprouting into the new journey ahead in the year to come.
Bring this excitement and true connection of this path and purpose into your third eye center.
Allow it to grow with intensity,
Vivid color and detail.
Immerse yourself into these feelings and the scene before you.
