You can reset at any time.
To ground yourself in the moment,
Take a minute to center yourself.
With this moment,
Take a breath.
Close your eyes and imagine the tension easing from your muscles,
Your thoughts settling,
And your body relaxing.
Breathe in,
And out.
Focus on only your breath.
Continue breathing in,
And out.
Before you get back to your day,
Set an intention.
For the remainder of today,
Or for the next hour,
Whatever is manageable.
