Take a moment to acknowledge the place you are.

In a room or outdoors,

With the sounds,

And the light,

Or the darkness surrounding you.

Gently close your eyes.

Allow your breath to slow,

Easily inhaling and slowly exhaling,

Until you feel comfort,

Ease,

Peace.

You are here,

In this space,

In this moment,

In this season.

Maybe for a reason.

Acknowledge you may not be where you want to be,

But you're not where you used to be.

You've progressed,

And maybe only slightly,

Or greatly.

You might be version 1.

1 or 2.

0,

Or whatever version of yourself that showed up today.

You are here,

And that's okay.

Take another slow,

Easy breath in,

And release it.

Close your eyes and allow yourself to be here,

In the moment.

Before you have to be in the next,

Be here.

Gently open your eyes,

And welcome yourself back here.
