Recognize how you feel.
For the next moment,
Contemplate on the why.
Why do you feel so angry?
Sit with that emotion,
Understanding why.
Imagine yourself a year from now.
Would this be something that would matter?
Do you still see yourself being upset in a year?
If not,
Ask yourself,
Why not?
Now take a breath and as it comes and goes,
Release your anger.
Taking a deep breath in.
With each exhale,
Release your anger.
Allow yourself to let it go.
Ease the tension in your muscles.
Relax your heartbeat and focus on that breath.
In and out.
Continue breathing until you no longer feel angry.
