Welcome my friend. This is the intro track to a set of three meditations focused on self-compassion. The idea of the set is to build a solid foundation of our self-compassionate practice and to expand its impeccability in our thoughts, words, and actions. We have a party-crasher at the beginning of each audio, perhaps an unusual companion for meditation practice. We end each meditation with a suggestion that enables you to bring the idea of each practice into the awakening.
