I invite you to join me in this sacred pause to practice presence,
A moment to slow down,
Soften,
And return to yourself.
Allow yourself to arrive exactly as you are.
Blessings.
This is Brindy Cary.
Let's begin.
Allow your body to settle,
However feels most natural.
Make subtle movement.
Like softening your shoulders.
Unclench your jaw.
Relax the forehead.
And let your hands rest easily.
You can gently close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Now take a slow breath in.
And a gentle exhale out.
And again,
Inhaling slowly.
Exhaling softly.
As you continue to breathe slow and deep.
Begin to notice what is here in this moment.
A feeling of your body supported and held.
The subtle rhythm of your breath.
You don't need to change anything.
Just notice.
Let this be a moment where nothing is rushed.
Nothing is required of you.
Just this breath.
This body.
This quiet awareness.
Imagine a space that feels sacred to you.
It might be somewhere in nature.
Or a quiet room you love.
A place where your body can soften.
And where you don't need to be anything.
Other than you are.
Take a moment to arrive in the sacred place.
Notice what is around you.
The textures,
The light.
Any subtle sounds.
Allow yourself to settle into this space as if it is holding you gently.
There is nothing you need to do.
Nowhere else you need to go.
Notice what happens when you slow down just enough to truly experience something fully.
Of warmth.
The stillness.
A deep presence.
This,
My friend,
Is the sacred pause.
Not separate from your life.
But woven within it.
If your mind begins to wander.
Gently invite it back.
Not with force.
But with softness.
Noticing your breath.
And the ground beneath you.
Now begin to sense your surroundings once again.
Without losing this steadiness.
Your breath is still here.
Your body is still grounded.
Even as life continues around you.
Quietly ask yourself.
Where in my day can I allow a sacred pause like this?
There's nothing you need to solve or fix.
This is just an opening.
A remembering of what is already within you.
You can choose this moment.
Take one more slow breath in.
And a full exhale out.
When you're ready.
Gently begin to open your eyes or lift your gaze.
And carry this presence with you,
This ability to pause,
To notice,
To be here.
As always,
Blessings on your healing journey.
